The end of the season is drawing near, but we still have a lot of football to go. Last weekend’s slate left us with a lot of surprises, including a New England Patriots win over the Denver Broncos, a Las Vegas Raiders win over the Kansas City Chiefs, and a Baltimore Ravens win over the San Francisco 49ers. If your fantasy team didn’t make the championship game, don’t worry, there is still fun to be had!

As you may know, we’ve joined forces with our friends at Sleeper to introduce their Sleeper Picks feature. With Sleeper Picks, you can choose from a variety of players and stat lines, choose whether that player will have more or less than the given stat, and combine your picks for a chance to increase your payout. If you build enough, you can even multiply your entry up to 100x! We didn’t have a great day on Monday (because who knew Tommy DeVito was going to get pulled?!) but we’re looking forward to getting back on track tonight.

Sleeper Picks for NFL Week 17 Thursday Night Football

Joe Flacco, Cleveland Browns

As good as Joe Flacco has been, he has played a little fast and loose with the ball. Since getting the start in Week 13, Flacco has had at least one interception in every single week and has seven through four weeks. The New York Jets defense is no pushover, coming away with 19 picks so far this season, and they also have some knowledge of how Flacco plays since he was on their roster. Another wrinkle in this? Amari Cooper is dealing with a heel injury and isn’t certain to suit up. There are bound to be some miscues without his top receiver in the mix.

Pick: Joe Flacco more than .5 interceptions (1.38x)

Breece Hall, New York Jets

Breece Hall may have had a bad game two weeks ago, but BOY, did he make up for it last week, finishing with over 40 fantasy points. This was largely due to his receiving work; he caught 12 passes in a rout over the Washington Commanders. He’s become a safety valve for Trevor Siemian and has more than this stat in five out of the last six games. Cleveland’s defense has been very good against the running back, only allowing four receptions per game to the position, but I think the volume takes Hall over the hump.

Breece Hall more than 4.5 receptions (2.04x)

David Njoku, Cleveland Browns

Even though last week was the Amari Cooper show, David Njoku still found the end zone and came away with a decent fantasy day. In fact, he’s had at least one touchdown in three of the four games with Joe Flacco, and if Cooper is unable to go, as we mentioned earlier, he’ll be even more heavily relied upon. As good as the Jets have been against the wide receiver position, they have allowed more to the tight end, giving up an average of .5 touchdowns per game to the position. With as good as Njoku has been playing, I think he finds his way into the end zone once again tonight.

Pick: David Njoku more than .5 anytime touchdown (2.45x)
