Nikola Jokic, DEN

(DK CPT - $19,200, UTIL - $12,800 / FD CPT - $27,000, UTIL - $18,000)

Yeah, by the way, Nikola Jokic is still really good at basketball. He’s averaging nearly 1.9 FP/min on both DraftKings and FanDuel. He also has nearly a 27% USG on the year, trailing only Jonas Valanciunas in that category. He’ll be massively owned as a captain.

Domantas Sabonis, SAC

(DK CPT - $14,400, UTIL - $9,600 / FD CPT - $20,400, UTIL - $13,600)

Although he’s listed as questionable, Domantas Sabonis played last game and is likely going to play here. He had a 37% USG last time out and is clearly the team's best player on a night-to-night basis. He’s the Kings' top player – outside of Russell Westbrook – in fantasy points per minute.

Jamal Murray, DEN

(DK CPT - $14,100, UTIL - $9,400 / FD CPT - $18,900, UTIL - $12,600)

It’s been an awesome start to the 2025 campaign for Jamal Murray, who heads into this game expected to play. Murray’s usage rate sits at the exact same number as Nikola Jokic at 26.7% and he’s averaging north of 1.2 FP/min. Murray hasn’t looked this good at the beginning of the season in some time.

 

 

 

DFS Utility Picks

Aaron Gordon, DEN

(DK CPT - $10,500, UTIL - $7,000 / FD CPT - $13,200, UTIL - $8,800)

You just get ceiling games out of Aaron Gordon at times. He has shot the leather off the ball to start 2025, notching a 54.6% FG, 46.3% 3PT, and 92% FT. That’s led him to 31.7 DKP/game at this point, and he has played three consecutive solid games on a team that has inconsistencies after Jokic and Murray.

Zach LaVine, SAC

(DK CPT - $12,600, UTIL - $8,400 / FD CPT - $14,400, UTIL - $9,600)

It’s been an interesting season for Zach LaVine, and honestly, he’s shot the ball extremely well overall. The problem with LaVine and his ceiling is that he plays with Domantas Sabonis and Russell Westbrook, two players who absorb basically everything on the court. Assists, playmaking, rebounding, etc.

DeMar DeRozan, SAC

(DK CPT - $12,300, UTIL - $8,200 / FD CPT - $15,000, UTIL - $10,000)

In competitive games, DeMar DeRozan is going to play mid-to-high 30’s minutes, and that’s great, but like Zach LaVine, there aren’t many ancillary stats for DeRozan to obtain. Domantas Sabonis and Russell Westbrook do it all.

Christian Braun, DEN

(DK CPT - $9,300, UTIL - $6,200 / FD CPT - $10,200, UTIL - $6,800)

There are times when Christian Braun and Nikola Jokic have a knack for finding each other. Braun had his best game of the year against the Kings, at least from a scoring perspective, and has shown nearly 40 FP upside in this new look offense.
