NASCAR DFS Core Plays NextEra Energy 250: Ben Rhodes Locked In
The 2023 Craftsman Truck Season gets underway Friday night from Daytona International Speedway and following Friday afternoon's qualifying session, we now know the starting order to construct our NASCAR DFS Cash and GPP lineups. This is a big weekend for NASCAR with all three series in action with the culmination of the next few days leading up to the Daytona 500. Will Denny Hamlin secure his fourth win in the biggest race of the year? Will either Alex Bowman or Kyle Larson follow up on their incredibly fast qualifying speeds to score a win from the front row? Check out the latest NASCAR DFS Podcast as Matt Selz and I break preview Sunday's race and offer some tips to help you build your winning lineups for Sunday's race.
We saw some surprises in qualifying such as the three virtuoso Kyle Busch Motorsports trucks all qualify inside the top ten. Personally, I want to lay off those drivers for DFS but if you can find value betting Nicholas Sanchez, please do so. Most of my DFS recommendations will come from drivers starting outside the top ten and I've broken them down for tonight's race in terms of my favorite Cash game targets and Tournament/GPP drivers. By all means, you can disagree with me. Ben Rhodes and Parker Kligerman are great drivers for all formats, but they're only listed as Core Plays in Cash games. But they'll also be very popular so consider some of the options in the GPP table as pivots. Be sure to check out the latest NASCAR DFS Playbook for tonight's race before you lock in your lineups with updates for drivers I'm upgrading and downgrading based on their starting position.
