Yeah, yeah, yeah… MLB Opening Day happens this week and it’s Masters Week for PGA but it’s also a huge race weekend for NASCAR at Martinsville Speedway and F1 at the Australian GP. Albert Park in Melbourne is the venue for the Australian GP this weekend. While it’s not new on the F1 schedule, it’s been a bit since they’ve raced there. This race was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid. Since the last time they raced in Albert Park, the track has been changed — quite a bit. The changes are great, but there are also a whopping FOUR DRS zone on track. That’s mad, as they might say in F1 parlance.
