Looking for the best in MLB picks today? We have a full 15-game Saturday slate which brings us more opportunities to build those Underdog bankrolls with some MLB DFS Pick ‘Em picks for today.

This should be an exciting day with a nice blend of top-tier talent hitting in places like Coors Field, Sutter Health Park and Great American Ballpark and some outstanding aces taking the mound in other spots. You’ve got Yoshinobu Yamamoto looking for a rebound after getting thumped by the Yankees, Hunter Brown facing a struggling Cleveland team and Jacob deGrom throwing down in our nation’s capital. We’re loaded up with action today, so let’s get to our picks.

Ketel Marte MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI

Marte has hit safely in five of his last six games and has gone higher than 1.5-HRR in each of the five. The switch-hitting second baseman has been dominant from the left side of the plate, posting a .341 average and .509 wOBA against righthanded pitching this season. Meanwhile, righty Nick Martinez continues to allow lefthanded hitters to post a .339 wOBA and is coming off a pair of outings where he’s allowed eight earned runs on 13 hits and two walks. Marte should have little issue with clearing the mark for us again today.

Christian Yelich MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI

After getting hit on the hand and forced out of Monday’s game, Yelich has come back just fine and has now hit safely in each of his last four games this week. He’s posted stats higher than the 1.5-HRR mark in three of the four and now gets to take on Padres righthander Stephen Kolek who is coming off a fantastic outing against the Giants but still struggles with his consistency, as evidence by the 14 earned runs he allowed in the previous three starts (17.1 innings). He’s allowing lefthanded hitters to post a .354 wOBA against him and of the 14 earned runs he’s allowed, 11 of them have come from lefty bats. With Yelich posting a .371 wOBA against righties this season and a career mark of .374, we like his experience to win out today.

Charlie Morton MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 2.5 Earned Runs Allowed

The Athletics dropped five runs on Dean Kremer last night and he’s actually been more reliable than Morton has this season. The best days of Morton are long gone and while he’s straightened himself out somewhat over his last two starts, he’s also facing an Athletics team that owns a .326 wOBA against righties and that comes with a .168 ISO. They’ve also scored a total of 19 runs in their last two games as they continue to erase a 1-20 streak they were on before winning their last two. Morton just isn’t going to last and Vegas agrees with me as Morton allowing more than 2.5 earned runs has a -140 line at the books.
