The line for Freddie Freeman’s RBI and Nico Hoerner’s hits+runs+RBI line carry strong situational value, matchup context, and historical data.
Whether you are building a two-leg power play or stacking these into a larger entry, here is a full breakdown of where both lines land tonight and why.
What Are the Best PrizePicks MLB Picks Today?
Today’s two best PrizePicks MLB player props are Freddie Freeman over 0.5 RBI and Nico Hoerner over 1.5 hits+runs+RBI. Both lines carry clear situational edges based on matchup, current form, and opponent tendencies. Read below for the full breakdown on each pick.
Freddie Freeman OVER 0.5 RBI
Watch out, ladies and gents! Freddie Freeman is heating up! Not only has he hit safely in six of his last seven, but he has four multi-hit efforts with an impressive .385/.467/.577 slash line during this run. Overall for the season, he has an .889 OPS and .246 ISO against right-handed pitching, and guess who he takes on today? You guessed it! Right-hander Michael Lorenzen.
Lorenzen has been knocked around a couple of times this season, and his issues with left-handed hitters in 2026 has been prominent. Lefties have an .800 SLG, .522 wOBA, and 3.86 HR/9 against him.
On a warm afternoon at Coors Field, trust Freeman and the Dodgers to get it done!
UPDATE: Freeman was placed on the paternity list. If looking for another prop later in the day, check out Austin Riley over 1.5 hits+runs+RBI.
Nico Hoerner OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI
Despite a hitless day on Saturday, Hoerner has been red-hot for the Cubs of late. He has four multi-hit efforts in his last six games, and over his last 10 contests, he’s slashing .362/.388/.596! Oh, he also has seven runs scored and 15 RBI during that stretch! It would have been even better if David Peterson was still starting for the Mets today, but even with Tobias Myers on the bump, I’m riding Hoerner’s hot streak. Hoerner has an .834 OPS and .372 wOBA against right-handed pitching on the year.
This will be Myers’ first start of the season, and to his credit, he’s been solid across 13 IP. His 3.46 ERA and 3.97 FIP are fine, but he’s displayed some reverse splits, as right-handed hitters boast a .273 average and .455 SLG against him.
