Wednesday's top two ParlayPlay plays both go Higher, with a finesse righty facing a strikeout-prone lineup and an elite strikeout arm riding a four-start run of seven-plus strikeouts. Our MLB DFS Projections have both arms flagged as strong plays tonight. For a deeper look at how tonight's arms project pitch by pitch, check out our MLB DFS Pitcher Projections, and line-shop today's strikeout numbers with our MLB Odds Finder before you build your board.

Nick Martinez MLB ParlayPlay Pick: Higher than 3.5 Strikeouts

New York's strikeout rate against right-handed pitching has climbed from 24.3 percent for the season to 28.9 percent over the last two weeks, the highest recent number on the board. Martinez has 109 strikeouts across 180 innings, about 3.5 per start, so the line sits right at his average. He started hot in all three outings against the Yankees this season. A rested Rays bullpen is the risk, but four punchouts is a modest bar. That is the number. That is the play.

Tyler Glasnow MLB ParlayPlay Pick: Higher than 6.5 Strikeouts

Glasnow has struck out seven or more in each of his last four starts, including 11 over 6.1 innings in his final tune-up against San Diego. His 34.0 percent strikeout rate and 11.9 K/9 sit among the best on the board, and the over has hit in eight of his last 10 outings. Atlanta struck out 12 times against Yoshinobu Yamamoto in Game 3 and is hitting just .219 in the series. Early traffic is the only real risk, since walks cut him to four innings against Miami on September 12, but he still struck out seven that night. Do not overthink it.
