Athletics vs. Angels Predictions: Sunday, June 28th

This series between these AL West rivals will conclude this afternoon as each team has secured a win and are now looking to take down the rubber match. It's a matchup of two subpar pitchers, so the bats are live here today, let's dig into the best option to wager on!

Sam Aldegheri will take the bump for the Angels today and so far, he has struggled with a severe case of lefty on lefty crime. Through his seven starts this season, he is allowing a .370 average to the left handed side of the plate with a 1.114 OPS. In those 27 at bats, he also has just three strikeouts and that puts Nick Kurtz into my crosshairs here today. Kurtz has struggled a bit over the past week, but on the season he is hitting .271 with a .843 OPS against the southpaws. I think he turns things around if just for one day and goes over his hits/runs/RBIs prop for us.
