It's a new week for me on the MLB Best Bets and I can say I am ready for some Tuesday night MLB action. Looking at the slate the last couple weeks has seemed so clear for MLB betting picks. Whether they've been right or dead wrong, I have had a ton of confidence in my MLB bets and picks without the flopping back and forth – and that's always a huge bonus when writing articles like this. Tonight is no different as the targets of the wagers are super hot and I want to ride the train to some green as long as possible, looking at you Cincinnati Reds and Miami Marlins! On the docket is a mix of wagers between the Money Lines, Game Totals, Team Totals and Player Props so there's a little something for everyone so let's dive right in!

MLB Best Bets for June 20

Toronto Blue Jays at Miami Marlins

The Miami Marlins enter tonight having won 5 straight games and 7 of the past 10 and now sit at 42-31 overall on the season. Many things have gone into their success including Luis Arraez hitting at or near .400 for much of the season, which is just ridiculous in today's baseball world. Another big reason for the emergency of the fish has been the play of youngster Eury Perez who will be making his 8th start of the season tonight. In 35 innings pitched Perez has allowed just 7 earned runs while holding down a WHIP of 1.09 and a record of 4-1. He isn't racking up the strikeouts but that's been okay for him as the walks have also been limited. Going against the Blue Jays lineup should help things too as they are just middle of the pack in runs scored per game at 4.46 and over the past 5 games they've only put together 13 total runs. The Marlins also get a boost up because at home this season they've gone 22-13 and tonight will face off against Yusei Kikuchi who is having a decent season but is know to give up a pair of runs or more during his starts. Give me the Marlins to simply win at home tonight.

Pick: Miami Marlins Money Line (-115 on Wynn Bet)

Colorado Rockies at Cincinnati Reds

All board the Reds offensive hype train! This run the Reds are on is ridiculous as they've now scored 5 runs or more in 7 of the last 9 games and have no signs of slowing down right now. Overall Cincinnati is creeping up in the season long stats as well with 4.78 runs per game, good enough for 10th in the MLB right now. Right away I am looking at a team total bet for the Reds tonight and the books will make you pay at a line of 5.5 runs. I'm not scared of that though especially against the Rockies who have a team ERA of 5.45, the 2nd highest mark in the majors. Noah Davis will start for the Rockies and while his season has been a small sample size he is coming off a start in which he allowed 7 earned runs over 2 innings and has a WHIP over 3 starts of 1.8. Give me the Reds offense and then some though as I am adding a player prop to the docket. Jonathan India will be my target of choice and I'm going back to my bread and butter of hits, runs and RBIs with him. The line is 1.5 over on DK tonight at -130 which is a value given what India has been doing out there recently. He has topped this number 7 of the last 10 games and will bat 3rd tonight in this smash lineup, lets get after it!

Pick: Cincinnati Reds Team Total Over 5.5 Runs (-107 on BetRivers)

Pick: Jonathan India Over 1.5 Hits/Runs/RBIs (-130 on DraftKings)

Baltimore Orioles at Tampa Bay Rays

Two of the best in the American League face off tonight as the O's hit the road to Tampa Bay. From pure baseball presective this is the must watch game of the night but I also want to lay down a wager! No offense at all to Kyle Bradish and Tyler Glasnow who will start on the mound tonight for their teams but the offensive numbers for each team this season is too hard to ignore. The Rays rank 2nd in the MLB in runs per game with 5.53 and the Orioles on the road sit at 5.28 runs scored, the 6th highest rate. This has lead of course to the over hitting in these teams games more often than not as the Rays have an over hit rate of 56.3% and Baltimore is hitting the over 51.5% of the time. Both of those percentages are in the top 9 in all of the MLB. The pitching may be decent tonight but the offenses will not be denied in my opioinon so I am taking advantage of a number that seems too low on tonight's game total.

Pick: Baltimore Orioles & Tampa Bay Rays Over 7.5 Runs (-110 on BetMGM)
