Favorite Bets: 

Pete Crow-Armstrong, Chicago Cubs (+265) – I’m sure some will think it's a bit too easy to lean on PCA, but considering the MVP season he’s having, why wouldn’t we? It’s not about picking the best longshots. It’s about picking the best bets, and PCA has hit safely in seven of his last eight games and has a .395 wOBA against righties. Janson Junk has allowed eight stolen bases on the year, and while his backstops have a 26-percent caught-stealing rate, that’s still below-average.

Corbin Carroll, Arizona Diamondbacks (+298) – Typically, I like to use Carroll when there’s a lefty on the mound, but considering how rough it’s been for Astros righty Cristian Javier, we can look to Carroll in spite of just a .319 wOBA against right-handed pitching. Javier throws to enough contact where we can be comfortable here. Carroll does sport a near-12-percent walk rate, and Yainer Diaz still struggles to throw out base-runners (21-percent CS rate), so let’s throw some action on here.
