The first guy we talked about yesterday was Bryce Harper, and he went yard for us! That means we’ve hit one of our MLB home run picks in back-to-back days, and we’re looking to keep the good times rolling, starting with Bobby Witt, Jr. You’re telling us that the young stud still hasn’t hit one this year? Today’s the day.

He and the Kansas City Royals are facing Chris Bassitt, who strikes out hitters so rarely that his K prop is just 3.5! Despite Witt still looking for his first dinger, he has the shortest odds of any Royals hitter, even with Carter Jensen having already hit five of them. In other words, there is no reason to panic.

In that regard, we’re going to put our coin on Jackson Merrill going against Colorado starter Tomoyuki Sugano. This one is a bit of a pick special for us specifically, as it’s the Phillies vs. Cubs matchup. Again, Harper cashed for us last night, and when we targeted Happ last week, we cashed with him as well! So, why not make him part of our top MLB home run picks today? After all, he gets to face Philly starter Kyle Backhus.

He’s an inexperienced reliever set to open the game, and this is a slugger who’s already hit six homers this season. Our other pick here would be Dansby Swanson, but they can both absolutely get the job done. We like all the Cubs action today, but we’ll officially add to our best MLB home run picks for today with Ian Happ to hit a HR (+460 at Novig).
