The 2022 Academy Awards nominations are in and this Sunday, March 27th the 94th Academy Awards will take place in Hollywood, CA at 8:00pm ET. We here at Fantasy Alarm have created a FREE and fun contest to see if you can pick the winners among the nominees in all the major categories, as well as a couple other fun questions along the way. Who is hosting the Oscars in 2022?

This year there are three hosts, Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer and Regina Hall. So not only are you able to win money for just getting a bunch of multiple-choice questions right, but these ladies are three of the funniest in the business and are expected to put on a tremendous show! We debated adding them and their wardrobes to the list of questions, but opted to use Power of the Dog and it's whopping 12 nominations as our ultimate tiebreaker.

Will we be picking from all the 2022 Academy Award nominations?

Of course not. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have decided on their nominees for over 20 categories, but we're only looking at the main ones. Many of these awards have vaulted people’s careers and also announced other’s breakout performances. The categories from which we will be choosing range from Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Cinematography, Best Director, Best International Film, Best Animated Film and a few of the other primary ones. Of course, the grand prize is Best Picture and this year there are 10 nominees. We also have several movies are nominated for multiple awards such as Belfast, Don’t Look Up, Drive My Car, King Richard, The Power of the Dog, West Side Story and Licorice Pizza.
