Sunday’s PrizePicks features five matches, the important ones I’d look out for is KT vs Sandbox, EDG vs JDG, and LNG vs IG due to their close (or not so close) match-ups, resulting in relatively high kill games; or conversely, the more controlled teams with lower kill games, allowing us to reliably predict the fantasy score of these players.

KT Rolster v Sandbox Gaming

FATE (SB) - Projected Fantasy Score: 14.5 - UNDER

Despite SB’s triumph over an underwhelming T1 a few days prior, FATE’s performance was unremarkable. Neither in their matches against GenG, or even when they won versus T1, did he break the 15-kill projected fantasy score metric. He’s unlikely to do so against a solid mid laner like Dove. Croco is a fine jungler too, but Blank has been solid for KT. To me, as long as Noah and Harp can keep up good form, I can’t see SB taking a game off the KT squad.

Dove (KT) - Projected Fantasy Score: 16.5 - OVER

Dove has been the standout mid laner on KT, he has the 3rd highest Kill Participation in mid laners across the league, behind only Lava (the best player on BRION) and DK’s superstar Showmaker (who only has five games as a mid laner). Dove racks up high KP relative to the rest of the league in quantity, considering LCK is usually a less bloody league. KT able to keep the pressure up throughout the game, alongside having a strong bottom lane to match Prince and Effort gives me a lot of confidence that Dove will crush this projection.

Invictus Gaming v LNG Esports

XUN (IG) - Projected Fantasy Score: 16.5 - UNDER

IG has been failing, and they’re unlikely to defeat the undefeated LNG. Jungler Tarzan keeps control of the game and replicates his Korean jungling style domestically in the LPL, offering his team a strong defense to shield them from enemy jungler aggression. XUN is a wildcard, but he’s slowly been figured out across the year, and while he can crack the lower tier LPL junglers, a seriously intelligent and skillful Tarzan is sure to keep XUN under wraps, protecting his team.
