One more League of Legends DFS slate before our huge weekend full of matches – and it is a good one. This is definitely shaping up to be one of those slates where picking the winners for eSports DFS lineups aren’t as important as picking the biggest gap between the favorites and their dogs. I love seeing a DFS LoL slate where you see multiple top-tier players in the carry roles. Getting to choose from Photic, Deft, and deokdam in the ADC role is a fun problem to have for League of Legends DFS lineups. DRX and Damwon are trying to keep up in the LCK race while V5 continues to lead the pack in the LPL. You can build LoL DFS lineups on DraftKings with the slate locking at 4:00 AM ET on Thursday morning of July 14th. Let's dive in and find the best matchups and eSports DFS top plays for your League of Legends daily fantasy lineups. Time to see some green!

DFS League of Legends Slate Breakdown

Series #1: KT Rolster vs. DRX

Series Breakdown: DRX has brought down a peg when they were beat down by Gen.G last week. This team has huge upside and I would say are the current strongest option for the third place finisher in the LCK and making a World’s appearence. Their jungler, Pyosik, is tied for the most kills among junglers (57) and has the highest team kill share percentage (+24%) in that same pool of players. Zeka has come back down to earth a little bit during the Gen.G series but I still fully expect massive numbers out of him. KT will continue to rely on Aiming but there are too many weapons on DRX for him to carry a series by himself. I wouldn’t be shocked to watch him be a thorn in their side though.

Favorite Picks: Zeka (DRX: $10,800/$7,200), Pyosik (DRX: $6,600), BeryL (DRX: $5,400)

Value Picks: Rascal (KT: $5,800), Aiming (KT: $6,800)

Cann’s Match Pick: DRX (2-1)

Series #2: Damwon Gaming vs. Kwangdong Freecs

Series Breakdown: This is a matchup that I feel very comfortable slamming Damwon in. KDF won their two games in Week 4 against teams who have combined to win a total of three out of 16 series. Damwon clearly are lacking in some team coordination, especially when it comes to connecting their jungle/mid duo with the rest of the map. It doesn’t matter as much though when deokdam has 13 more kills on the year compared to KDF’s ADC (Teddy) and has played one less game comparatively.

Favorite Picks: deokdam (DK: $11,100/$7,400), Canyon (DK: $7,000), Nuguri (DK: $6,200)

Value Picks: Teddy (KDF: $6,600)

Cann’s Match Pick: Damwon Gaming (2-0)

Series #3: Anyone’s Legend vs. TT Gaming

Series Breakdown: I have become a little more sold on what AL is bringing to the table as a squad. They had a 2-0 showing last week and find themsleves in 6th place (will jump to 4th with a 2-0 win) going up against one of the weaker LPL squads, TT Gaming. TT Gaming do have some decent players, Ucal being the best piece they have. The problem is the side lanes for ThunderTalk can fall behind dramatically in the early game. If they fall behind, Betty is going to take over this series. I think there is a real chance betty could average close to five or six kills in each game and it is because of how aggressive he can be in fights. He does not require the same level of coddling throughout the game like other ADCs. He has adapted to the changing meta well and I think has benefitted to the durability patch very well.

Favorite Picks: Betty (AL: $11,700/$7,800), Forge (AL: $7,400)

Value Picks: Hoya (TT: $5,600), Beichuan ($6,400), yaoyao (TT: $5,200)

Cann’s Match Pick: Anyone’s Legend (2-0)

Series #4: Victory Five vs. Invictus Gaming

Series Breakdown: This series won’t be close at all, or I should say that it shouldn’t be. Invictus is stuck with expensive pieces and a very mediocre product on the rift. Their jungler, XUN, is the only worthwhile player to look at. Not only is he the most productive player on the team, we have also seen V5’s jungler (Karsa) have some issues early in the split with executing on early game pathing. That being said, absolutely every other lane will have a distinct advantage. Photic is averaging nearly 6 kills per game and the team has the best team KD ratio with 1.66 (IG has a ratio of0.69). This is a matchup of teams who are going in two different directions and the final scorelines should reflect it.

Favorite Picks: Photic (V5: $12,000/$8,000), Rookie (V5: $11,700/$7,800), Rich (V5: $6,600

Value Picks: XUN (IG: $6,000)

Cann’s Match Pick: Victory Five (2-0)
