Sunday has two blockbuster matchups for us in the early morning. In the LCK we have the Championship match which is a rematch of the Spring Finals. This time, Gen.G is looking to keep their winning ways against T1 Esports and earn the highest seed coming out of the LCK at the World Championship. For the LPL we get a repeat of the first match from the upper bracket where EDG had TES on the ropes and nearly stole the series away from the top seed. Do we get upsets on Sunday or is it all chalk? Series #1: Top Esports (-120) v Edward Gaming (-110)

Series Breakdown: This should be an electric series to watch. Both teams are playing at such a high level right now and had just an historic series just a few days ago. Viper has shown he can play at the same level (if not higher than) as JackeyLove. Knight will be crucial for this series and he needs to make up for how much he seemingly disappeared in the last series against JDG. Tian (TES jungler) will also be pivotal in determining the winner here. Tian can create a lot of pressure in the early game and this will be needed into a team that focuses on scaling like EDG. I would not be shocked if EDG could flip this series and building a lineup with an upset in this matchup in mind.

Series Breakdown: There aren’t many championships more coveted than the LCK Championship. The Korean ecosystem really has some of the best players across the globe and we will see some of these players on this slate. Faker (T1) is an international esports legend and he cannot ever be taken lightly. But on the other side, Gen.G brings arguably the best 1-2 punch in the world with Chovy and Ruler as their mid laner and ADC. Oner (T1 jungler) was worked in the last meeting between these two teams by Peanut, so he will most likely be looking for some redemption here. The early games should be relatively close but I am expecting Gen.G to run away with this series when the games get to the mid game.
