FaZe (World rank: #1) vs. NAVI (World rank: #3) – 10:30 A.M. ET
Moneyline Odds: FaZe (-150) | NAVI (+125)
Map Handicap: FaZe -1.5 (+190) | NAVI +1.5 (-235)
- This is a best-of-three series on LAN for the quarter-finals of BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022.
- FaZe - Rating at event: rain 1.17 | ropz 1.14 | broky 1.13 | Twistzz 1.08 | karrigan 0.99
- FaZe - Rating past three months: ropz 1.14 | rain 1.13 | broky 1.13 | Twistzz 1.12 | karrigan 0.96
- NAVI - Rating at event: s1mple 1.20 | Perfecto 1.09 | b1t 1.08 | electronic 1.07 | sdy 1.04
- NAVI - Rating past three months: s1mple 1.33 | b1t 1.17 | electronic 1.11 | Perfecto 1.07 | sdy 1.06
H2H Data:
- These rosters have never faced each other. The teams last played in May at PGL Major Antwerp 2022, prior to sdy standing in, and FaZe won 2-0 (19-16 Inferno / 16-10 Nuke). Broky & rain led the way with 53 & 52 kills each, respectively.
Prediction/Narrative: FaZe wins 2-1.
FaZe have swept this match-up the past two times these teams played, and they’ll look to continue that success, especially with sdy in the NAVI lineup. FaZe got reverse swept by G2 on Thursday, while NAVI had a bounce back performance against BIG. Neither of these teams look to be in peak form, but NAVI are clearly far from being at 100% with sdy standing in and electronic as IGL. Both teams have a 1.10 Team Rating across five maps played at this event, and FaZe have a slightly higher Team K/D ratio at 1.09 compared to 1.08 for NAVI. If s1mple can carry NAVI like he did against BIG, then I do think NAVI could compete here, but I still think FaZe should be a big favorite. FaZe have a 46-23 W/L record across 69 maps played with their lineup, meanwhile NAVI have only played five maps with sdy in the lineup. Inferno has been FaZe’s most played map in the past three months and they should have an edge on that map, while the rest of the map pool is pretty even. I think FaZe will likely win this one in three maps.
- Ropz leads FaZe at this event with a 1.28 K/D ratio across five maps played.
- rain leads FaZe at this event with 0.16 opening kills per round across five maps played.
- On Inferno, broky leads FaZe with a 1.37 K/D ratio and 1.24 Rating across 13 maps played in the past three months.
Favorite Draftkings Plays (In order of priority):
broky ($8,200) | rain ($6,800) | ropz ($10,000) | Twistzz ($5,800) | s1mple ($9,600)
Other Plays To Consider:
b1t ($7,800) | karrigan ($4,400) | sdy ($4,200)
ENCE (World rank: #2) vs. Vitality (World rank: #10) – 2:00 P.M. ET
Moneyline Odds: ENCE (-180) | Vitality (+145)
Map Handicap: ENCE -1.5 (+165) | Vitality +1.5 (-205)
- This is a best-of-three series on LAN for the quarter-finals of BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022.
- ENCE - Rating at event: hades 1.05 | Maden 1.02 | Spinx 0.95 | dycha 0.90 | Snappi 0.88
- ENCE - Rating past three months: Spinx 1.15 | dycha 1.10 | hades 1.07 | Maden 1.04 | Snappi 0.97
- Vitality - Rating at event: ZywOo 1.31 | misutaaa 1.08 | apEX 1.02 | dupreeh 1.02 | Magisk 0.95
- Vitality - Rating past three months: ZywOo 1.21 | Magisk 1.05 | dupreeh 1.02 | misutaaa 0.93 | apEX 0.93
H2H Data:
- These rosters last faced in March at ESL Pro League Season 15 and ENCE won 2-0 (16-8 Mirage / 16-11 Dust2). Dycha led the way with 41 kills across two maps.
Prediction/Narrative: Vitality wins 2-1.
ENCE have looked vulnerable at this event for the first time in a while. They played two really close maps against BIG to start, and on Thursday they got swept by the new OG lineup. Their star riflers, Spinx & dycha, have both been below a 1.00 Rating, and if Vitality were going to get their revenge on ENCE, then it would probably be in this spot. ENCE did sweep Vitality when these lineups last faced each other, but that was only the third event that Vitality had played with their French/Danish roster, and I think they have vastly improved since then. ENCE will likely ban Inferno, which is one of Vitality’s better maps, but Vitality also have a winning record on Vertigo & Dust2. Nuke has been ENCE’s strongest map, though we did just see Vitality dominate paiN 16-3 on that map yesterday. Vitality are still trying to prove that their roster can compete for trophies, and a win to start the playoffs against the number two team in the world would be a great way to show that. I think Vitality are a live underdog and I’d prefer to take them at a discount on Draftkings.
- ZywOo leads Vitality at this event with a 1.44 K/D ratio across six maps played.
- ZywOo leads Vitality at this event with 0.15 opening kills per round across six maps played.
- On Nuke, ZywOo leads Vitality with a 1.26 K/D ratio and 1.27 Rating across seven maps played in the past three months.
Favorite Draftkings Plays (In order of priority):
ZywOo ($9,000) | dupreeh ($6,200) | misutaaa ($4,000) | apEX ($5,200) | Spinx ($10,400) | hades ($6,400)
Other Plays To Consider:
Magisk ($7,200) | dycha ($8,400)
