Prediction/Narrative: forZe wins 2-0.

Entropiq Prague are the sister team from Czech Republic of number nine world ranked Entropiq. We haven’t seen much from this roster, especially against teams that are of the same caliber as forZe, but they have won five of their last six series, including a sweep versus Fnatic Rising. Entropiq Prague made it through stage one of this event with sweeps against ex-Feenix & B8, though neither team really compares to forZe, who is ranked #21 in the world, while ex-Feenix are unranked and B8 are outside of the top 100 at #119. This event is not all that important for forZe, but the organization performed well at similar Malta tournaments in 2020, and I expect them to make quick work of Entropiq Prague here. ForZe have had their current roster since October 2021, and they have won 40 out of 75 maps played together as a unit. They’ve lost four out of their last five series, but they were facing much more difficult opponents than Entropiq Prague, such as Eternal Fire, Entropiq, Spirit, Sprout and GamerLegion, which makes their overall winning record that much more impressive.

ForZe’s have their highest win rate across any map in the pool in the past three months on Mirage with their 8-4 W/L record. Entropiq Prague have only played Mirage once with their roster in the past three months, and they lost 12-16 against 0to100, so forZe should have a massive edge here. Entropiq Prague’s most played in the past three months has been Nuke, but they’ve struggled with a 2-5 W/L record, so their isn’t a strong option for them in this spot. ForZe have a 5-3 W/L record on Nuke in the past three months with a solid 65.1% CT round win rate, and I would give forZe an edge on Nuke, or any other map in the pool, which means this could easily be a 2-0 sweep. On Draftkings, I would highly recommend stacking three from forZe.

  • Shalfey leads forZe on Mirage in K/D ratio (1.27) and Rating (1.23) across 12 maps played in the past three months.
  • Jerry leads forZe on Nuke in Rating (1.18) while shalfey leads in K/D ratio (1.17) across 8 maps played in the past three months.
  • Zorte leads forZe on Inferno in K/D ratio (1.29) and Rating (1.18) across 12 maps played in the past three months.
  • I’m not looking to stack Entropiq Prague here, but MoriiSko is the lead AWP, so he would be a possible option. My other favorite would be KWERTZZ, who popped off in his team’s only loss on Mirage with 26 kills, 18 deaths and a 1.40 Rating.

Favorite Draftkings Plays (In order of priority):

shalfey ($8,400) | zorte ($9,800) | KENSI ($7,400) | Jerry ($8,800) | Norwi ($5,800) | MoriiSko ($5,600)

AGO (World rank: #46) vs. Wisla Krakow (World rank: #53) - 1:00 P.M. ET

Moneyline Odds: AGO (+205) | Wisla Krakow (-255)

Map Handicap: AGO +1.5 (-150) | Wisla Krakow -1.5 (+125)

Map Total: Over 2.5 (+125) | Under 2.5 (-150)

  • This is a best-of-three online series for the stage two round of 16 of Malta Vibes Knockout Series 5
  • AGO - Rating at event: N/A
  • AGO - Rating past three months: mwlky 1.19 | F1KU 1.09 | leman 0.98 | kRaSnaL 0.94 | Grashog 0.91
  • Wisla Krakow - Rating at event: snatchie 1.27 | jedqr 1.27 | Sobol 1.22 | Goofy 1.12 | SZPERO 1.01
  • Wisla Krakow - Rating past three months: Sobol 1.19 | Goofy 1.11 | jedqr 1.10 | snatchie 1.09 | SZPERO 0.98

H2H Data:

  • These rosters have never faced each other. The teams did face in December 2021 and Wisla Krakow swept 2-0 (16-9 Inferno / 16-14 Nuke) but I don’t put much weight into that considering both lineups have changed since.

Map Projections:

AGO removes Overpass

Wisla Krakow removes Vertigo

AGO picks Inferno

Wisla Krakow picks Mirage

AGO removes Dust2

Wisla Krakow removes Nuke

Ancient is left over.

Prediction/Narrative: AGO wins 2-1.

Both of these teams have shifted their rosters in recent months, which makes it a bit difficult to get a read on both sides. AGO lost their star AWPer mhL to MOUZ NXT after agreeing to a transfer, which leaves AGO in a weird spot considering earlier in 2021 they also parted ways with their former AWPer snatchie, who is actually now a member of Wisla Krakow. Mwlky is a free agent that has been filling in on the AWP, and he has looked good so far with a 1.18 Rating across two maps played. The polish duo of snatchie and Sobol joined Wisla Krakow at the beginning of January 2021 after the team parted ways with Markos, phr and mynio. AGO’s current roster has played one best-of-three together, which was a loss against Savage, while Wisla Krakow’s new-look roster has managed to win 11 out of 16 maps played together, with five series wins in a row. Thus, Wisla Krakow are the better team on paper at the moment, but I don’t think the difference between these teams is as significant as the odds make it out to be. I think AGO are capable of pulling the upset here, or at least keeping this a tight series, so I prefer to back AGO in this spot.

The map pool could vary here since we don’t have much to go off from these new rosters. Inferno has historically been one of AGO’s most played maps, and they picked it last time against Wisla Krakow, so I think it makes some sense for them to pick it again here. Wisla Krakow’s best map has been Overpass, but I expect AGO to ban that immediately, so Wisla Krakow may consider Mirage, which has been their second best map with a 3-1 W/L record. We can’t be certain of the maps, which means we also can’t be certain of the outcome, and I think Wisla Krakow are overrated here with (-255) moneyline odds. I like backing the underdog and I would recommend having exposure to both teams on Draftkings, preferably two from AGO and one from Wisla Krakow, with snatchie as my favorite one-off at only $6,600.

  • Mwlky top fragged on both maps in his first series with AGO with 23 kills on Ancient and 24 kills on Vertigo. Last time he played Mirage, he popped off with 31 kills and a 1.32 Rating in an overtime win on Ambush. He is only 18 years old, and I think his upside is massive with the AWP in his hands.
  • Snatchie leads this roster in K/D ratio (1.26) and Rating (1.20) across their 16 maps played together. He also leads in Rating (1.27) on Inferno across two maps played, which makes him my favorite option from Wisla Krakow. He also played for AGO in 2021, which creates a possible ‘revenge narrative’.

Favorite Draftkings Plays (In order of priority):
