Prediction/Narrative: MAD Lions win 2-0.

Both of these teams are 0-2 at this event, and a loss here would eliminate their chances of qualifying for Elisa Invitational Spring 2022. Savage completed their new roster back in March when they added Golden, TENZKI and coach Devilwalk, and they are yet to find success with this lineup. This Savage lineup has lost five out of six maps played, and their only map win came on Inferno against an academy team, 00Prospects. Nobody in their lineup has a K/D ratio above one, and dezon is the only player with a Rating above one during that time, so it has not exactly been smooth sailing for them. As for MAD Lions, their lineup has a 17-25 W/L record across 42 maps played, and they have already beaten some solid teams such as Enterprise & Unique. MAD Lions have a deep map pool with at least six games played on each map, besides their permaban, Vertigo. MAD have a win rate of at least 50% on Inferno, Dust2 and Ancient, and there is a possibility that all three of those maps make their way into the map pool. Inferno is the only map that I could see Savage possibly stealing away, but both teams have a strong CT side and MAD Lions would have the advantage of starting CT and getting the early momentum. MAD Lions have used Buzz as a sixth-man in recent weeks, but not at this event, and he shouldn’t be on the server on Monday as far as we know at this point.  Overall, I’m not expecting much from Savage here, and MAD Lions should have this series in either two or three maps.
