H2H Data:

These rosters have never faced each other.

Prediction: ECLOT wins 2-0.

I correctly predicted Hotspurs to upset 777 at this event last week, but now they have gone and switched up their roster with Jackinho & susp taking the places of Griller & n1xen. According to Griller’s tweet from Monday, Hotspurs found an organization that wanted to sign them ASAP but they wanted five Swedish players, so Griller & n1xen got the boot basically out of nowhere. Thus,  you should definitely stay away from n1xen and Griller on Draftkings, and I am going to avoid Hotspurs as a whole. Magi & nomiss are still talented players that should be in consideration, but I fully expect ECLOT to take this series. ECLOT have played 102 maps with their lineup, meanwhile we have never seen this new all-Swedish Hotspurs roster in action. ECLOT have also been rolling recently with a 30-20 W/L record across 50 maps played in the past three months. ECLOT have a solid map pool during that time with Mirage (10-6 W/L), Inferno (7-2 W/L) and Ancient (4-2 W/L) all looking like strong options. Hotspurs might remove Ancient to start, but ECLOT should be able to take care of business elsewhere. Mirage is a map that could be good for both sides, but overall, ECLOT are the better team and should be able to handle a Hotspurs lineup that abruptly changed two members in the past 24 hours.

  • Dytor leads ECLOT with 0.13 opening kills per round and 24.4% opening duel attempts across 50 maps played in the past three months.

PROSPECTS (World rank: #125) vs. Sashi (World rank: #136) – 8:00 A.M. ET

Moneyline Odds: PROSPECTS (-175) | Sashi (+140)

Map Handicap: PROSPECTS -1.5 (+175) | Sashi +1.5 (-230)

Sashi - Rating past three months: Ryxxo 1.07 | vester 0.94 | Ming0 0.92 | alexsomfan 0.87 | lund 0.86

H2H Data:

These rosters have never faced each other.

Prediction: Sashi wins 2-1.

Sashi announced on Monday that they were parting ways with Patti and it appears that lund will be playing in his place in the meantime. Thus, I would certainly avoid Patti on Draftkings. We have only seen this Sashi lineup play four maps together, but they did manage to beat Tricked on Overpass. It should be noted that scott was standing in for kwezz on the side of Tricked, but scott still played well and I still see that result as meaningful for Sashi. Sashi also beat KOVA with four of these five members on the server last week, and I think they have proven that they have at least some talent. As for PROSPECTS, they have had a rough go of it. PROSPECTS have a 7-11 W/L record across 18 maps played, and their flashes of brilliance seem to get drowned out by all of their bad plays. I really have trouble getting behind PROSPECTS as a sizable favorite in this spot, especially on Draftkings where Sashi is much cheaper to stack. I would prefer to spend up for ECLOT in the first match-up, which means Sashi would be a great option to pair at cheap pricing. I see this match-up as a coinflip and I think Sashi have shown that they can hang around with a team like PROSPECTS, so I am riding with Sashi to pull the upset here. I don't love the fact that Sashi just changed their lineup, but I am willing to take that risk here given the value that we are getting.

  • Ming0 leads the Sashi core with 0.12 opening kills per round and 25.8% opening duel attempts across 11 maps played.
