After they were largely missing from last week’s EPL DFS slate, four of the top six teams are in action Saturday, and all are big favorites at home. With the exception of Arsenal, all of the top sides have disappointed to some degree this season and if that trend continues, there could be nice values on some of the underdogs. That being said, this certainly appears to be a good time to play as many top tier players as possible, and there should be enough value plays available to make that a viable strategy.

Edouard MendyCHELEI56005.861210.50
All of the top keepers on the slate have warts, so I will go with the cheapest one. I will like this call even better if James Maddison is out but either way I like Chelsea's chances at a win and a clean sheet.
Illan MeslierLEEBHA43009.94915.50
Brighton has been notoriously poor at finishing chances the last few years and I don't mind taking a chance that trend continues. More importantly, Meslier is the cheapest keeper whose matchup doesn't scare me. Leeds has been just as good as Brighton in the young season and while Leeds is on the road, I think they will keep this game competitve at the very least. Only three keepers have more saves than Meslier and only three teams on the slate have scored fewer goals than Brighton.
David RayaBREEVE53009.171114.50
Everton has scored the third-fewest goals in the league and I don't expect the Neal Maupay signing to move the needle, especially this week. Only Dean Henderson has more saves than Raya this season. He may be less likely to get a win and a clean sheet than the keepers priced above him but I would argue he is just as safe as those players.

Forwards
PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Luis DiazLIVBOU810011.451914.47
This should be a get-right game for Diaz and all of the Liverpool attackers. I would feel better about Diaz if he had created more than one chance through three games but he should get plenty of shots with Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota out.
Gabriel JesusARSFUL  2129.17
Jesus has been just as good as the players priced above him, and his matchup looks nearly as good. He has two goals, three assists and five chances created in his last two games.
Mohamed SalahLIVBOU1020016.932328.87
You don't need me to tell you that Mohamed Salah is great. If there is anything that sets him apart from the other top attackers Saturday is that there aren't other great options on his team. You can easily pivot from Haaland to a teammate or play multiple City attackers together. If you want a piece of Liverpool's attack, you almost need Salah. He leads the league with 13 chances created.
RodrigoLEEBHA670024.181738.93
I don't expect his hot streak to last much longer but we are getting a good price to chase it for one more game. He is sixth in the league in xG so while he was overperformed his expectation, he is giving himself good opportunities to score.
Demarai GrayEVEBRE690015.871516.53
Gray has taken more than half of the corners and all of the free kicks for Everton. He is the safest of the mid-priced midfielders on DraftKings and he is an upside play on FD.
PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Pascal GrossBHALEE880020.271626.13
Gross will never not be underpriced on FanDuel. He has seven chances created and only five teams have allowed more goals than Brentford this season.

Midfielders
PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Kiernan Dewsbury-HallLEICHE40009.451413.43
This isn't a good matchup but considering Chelsea just got blown out by Leeds last week, it may not be as bad as we are used to. More importantly, James Maddison is questionable and Dewsbury-Hall would likely be on set pieces if Maddison cannot start. Just keep an eye on the starting lineup because Marc Albrighton is playable whenever he gets a start.
Eberechi EzeCRYMCI580010.83139.30
Manchester City will probably bounce back from their 3-3 draw last week, but it is possible Crystal Palace has success on the counter attack like Newcastle did. Eze already takes nearly all of the set pieces and Palace will likely rely on him even more with Wilfried Zaha out. The matchup is keeping his price down and if it does the same to his ownership, he could be a very nice play. His forward-eligibility on DK helps as well.
Bernardo SilvaMCICRY75009.391715.03
Silva is basically City's cheapest attacker despite getting a goal and an assist last week in his first start of the season. Silva should be in an attacking position with Jack Grealish out, and while he may not be the safest player, at least on DK, he does like look the best value.
Solly MarchBHALEE46006.991313.50
March is pretty cheap for someone with eight crosses, five shots (two on goal) and two chances created in his last two games. As well as Leeds has played so far, I still don't trust their defense, which gives March a bit of upside.
Phil FodenMCICRY850016.922020.07
Foden is probably the safest forward on DraftKings. I would probably pay up for Haaland or De Bruyne if I could, but that is easier said than done.
MidfieldersTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Alexander IwobiEVEBRE36004.811313.63
He has eight chances created in three games and I see no reason why he would slow down against Brentford. You may not need a cheap attacker but I love the idea of playing Iwobi with three premium attackers on FD.

Defenders
PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Nathan PattersonEVEBRE38005.65910.10
Patterson has a modest four crosses, two shots and one chance created through three games, but if Everton can hold more possession against Brentford, he could get forward more often. I would hate to have to count on that but he has a chance to be the best cheap defender on DraftKings.
Andrew RobertsonLIVBOU60005.97134.17
His DK price dropped $2000 since Week 2 despite eight crosses and two chances created last week. Only Nottingham Forest has allowed more crosses than Bournemouth this season. This could be the cheapest we ever get Robertson.
Marcos SenesiBOULIV25000.7792.60
Senesi was disappointing in 45 minutes against Arsenal but I am willing to take a chance on him. Liverpool is once again leading the league in clearances allowed and Senesi is much, much cheaper than his teammates on the back line. He looks like the best cheap defender on the FD slate.
Joel WardCRYMCI26000.72911.05
Ward had a quiet game against Aston Villa but he had 16.9 FD fantasy points at Liverpool. This should be anotther good matchup for defensive stats and Ward's price is nice even if he doesn't feel safe.
