The only thing better than a full day of Major League Baseball is picking some MLB player props over at Underdog Fantasy to accompany a full day of games. We have a lot of good matchups to exploit today, and looking at the board, I’m seeing a lot of overs today for various player props. There are some intriguing pitch count props, as there are some numbers that seem a bit low for some pitchers, but I try to avoid those as they are rather finicky. Continue to check out the board over as more player props are made available as the day goes on, but below are my favorite MLB picks over on Underdog Fantasy for Saturday, April 30th.

MLB Underdog Player Props

OVER 1.5 Total Bases

Vince Velasquez has struggled to get right-handed hitters out this season and Mike Trout crushes right-handed pitching. Need I say more? While Velasquez has allowed a .500 batting average and .678 wOBA to right-handed hitters, Trout has posted a .350 average and .551 versus right-handed pitching. Trout is hitting .440 with three home runs over his last 25 at-bats. He’s hit safely in 11 of his last 12 contests, and has at least two total bases in five of his last seven.

OVER 1.5 Total Bases

In eight home games, Lindor is hitting .375 with a 1.163 OPS and gets to face a familiar right-hander in Kyle Gibson, whom he is 15-for-43 (.349 BA) against in his career. Lindor has hit righties at a .286 clip this year with a .387 wOBA, and as a lefty, the numbers say he’ll fare better against Gibson. Lindor has two or more total bases in five of eight home games this season.
