7:30p- Miami (OH) (-7.5) @ Ohio 52.5 O/U

7:30p- Eastern Michigan @ Toledo (-9) O/U

IMPLIED TEAM TOTALS

Ball State- 39.0

Toledo- 30.75

 Ohio- 22.50

Eastern Michigan 21.75

Akron- 19.50

QUARTERBACKS

Drew Plitt (Ball State) Opp @ ($7.1K)

The MAC veteran started slow but now has four straight 200-yard performances leading Ball State to a 3-1 record over that time frame. He has nine touchdowns and zero interceptions in victories compared to two touchdowns and four picks. Akron is allowing 227 yards per game in the air so fire up Drew Plitt tonight in all formats.

Dequan Finn (Toledo) Opp EMU ($7.8K)

Finn is a redshirt freshman running back dressed up as a signal caller. He only has a 51% completion rate but more importantly has ZERO turnovers on the season. At first look Finn seems a little expensive but he does lead Toledo with six rushing touchdowns and should make value as shown by his 11 rushes for 95 yards and two scores just two weeks ago at Central Michigan.

DJ Irons (Akron) Opp BALL (5.0K)

Starter hasn’t been named yet but if it is Irons over Zach Gibson he comes in at a nice value. Irons replaced Gibson in the Buffalo game and rushed the ball seven times for 107 yards and leads the team with 300 yards on the season. He is an efficient passer completing 65.3% of his passes with eight touchdowns and four interceptions.

Also Consider:

Ben Bryant (EMU) $6.5K GPP

RUNNING BACKS

Bryant Koback (Toledo) Opp EMU ($7.9K)

Koback is a straight stud and leads one of the best backfields in the MAC. It’s his fourth straight season leading the team in rushing with 635 yards and five touchdowns. Koback ran all over Eastern Michigan last season for 149 yards and could do the same this year against the 6th ranked team in the league against the run (184.5 yards allowed). With near bell cow status Koback is averaging 17 carries a game with 636 total yards on the season – lock him in.

Carson Steele (Ball State) Opp @AKR ($6.0K)

Steele is a freshman playmaker who has rushed for 428 yards and five touchdowns on 84 attempts for a 5.1 yard per rush average. Akron is susceptible on the ground allowing 217.5 yards against and 21 touchdowns and have allowed over 200 rushing yards in four out of their last five games. Steele does share time with backup Will Jones but will be popular tonight due to his $6K salary.

De’Montre Tuggle/O’Shaan Allison (Ohio) Opp MIAOH ($6.6K/$4.5K)

Ohio will be rotating both Tuggle and Allison and at some points both will be on the field together. Tuggle has been the better runner as of late with a touchdown in four straight games. Allison is the better receiving back and caught all seven targets last week against Kent State for 52 yards. Both are in play here with Allison a better value at $4.5k

Also Consider:

Wil Jones (Ball State) $4.1K GPP

Tyre Shelton (Miami (OH)) $3.7K Value

Keyon Mozee (Miami (OH)) $4.8K

WIDE RECEIVERS

Justin Hall (Ball State) Opp @AKR ($8.1K)

Hall is now college football’s active leader in receptions and yards. The All-MAC receiver has 48 receptions on the season with four touchdowns and his playmaking isn’t limited to running down deep balls. The jet sweep player also plays a role in the rushing attack, and he has scored three touchdowns from the ground this year. Additionally, Hall leads the FBS in kick return average by accumulating a crazy 35.6 yards per runback — along with a touchdown.

Dylan Drummond (Eastern Michigan) Opp @TOL ($6.8K)

Eastern Michigan is a prolific offense averaging 33 points a game with barely any running game. Drummond and Hassan Beydoun account for 52% of the targets. Drummond has at least five receptions in five straight games with at least 15 DK points in each plus has four TD receptions in the last five. This game can turn into a shootout with Eastern Michigan playing catchup and Drummond will be heavily involved.

Jack Sorenson (Miami (OH)) Opp @Ohio ($8.4K)

Sorenson is on fire with three straight 100-yard games. With the Miami backfield a mess they will be leaning on Sorenson more than ever and he has done nothing but produce. He is averaging eight targets a game over the last four with a 25 DK point average over that same span. On the season Sorenson is averaging nearly 19 DK points a game with an 87.9 receiving yards per game average.

Yo’Heinz Tyler (Ball State) Opp @AKR ($5.3K)

Ball State has one of the best receiving corps in the nation with Hall, Tyler and Jayshon Jackson. Tyler has four touchdowns over the last four games and at least five receptions in that span. With a 5.9 target average and fantasy point average in double digits Tyler is firmly in play with a slight discount.

Also Consider:

Hassan Beydoun (EMU) $5.6K Cash/GPP

Konata Mumpfield (Akron) $7.2K GPP

Jayshon Jackson (Ball State) $6.1K Cash/GPP

Devin Maddox (Toledo) $5K Cash/GPP

Mac Hippenhammer (Miami (OH)) $4.9K Value

Isiah Cox (Ohio) $4.2K Value

Isaiah Winstead (Toledo) $4.3K Value
