TOP GUARDS

Dereon Seabron G/F (North Carolina State) Opp PUR ($9.4K DKJ/8.5K FD)

Seaborn is having a great season and is the team alpha. Averages 20 points and 11 rebounds to go along with a 25.5 usage rate. His DKFP average is 42.3 points a game- hence the high salary- but will he get there against a decent Purdue squad?

Jaden Ivey (Purdue) Opp NCST ($8.0K DK/7.2K FD)

Now we get to the Alpha on the other side of the court- Jaden Ivey. He is $1,400 cheaper than Seabron on DK and is one of the premier talents in college basketball- a dynamic shooting guard with burst that can change speeds on a dime. While facing ACC competition this season Ivey has averaged 20 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.5 steals. Lock him in as top overall guard play.

Drew Peterson (USC) Opp LBSA ($6.5K DK)

Peterson has become a key piece of the Trojans this season as he has crafted himself after former USC star DeMar DeRozan. He now has more of a mid-range game and his efficiency is what has improved the most. He is shooting 51.7% from the field with 5.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists in nearly 30 minutes a game. Peterson has even stepped it up further over his last four games scoring double digits in each including a 15-point performance against Eastern Kentucky.

Other Top Guards to Consider:

Jared Rhoden (SHU) $7.9K FD

Ron Harper (RUT) $8.1K FD

Malachi Smith (DAY) $6.4K DK

Collin Gillespie (VU) $8.4K DK

Donta Scott G/F (UMD) $6.0K DK

TOP VALUE GUARD

Hakim Hart G/F (Maryland) Opp UF ($4.0K DK/5.2K FD)

Hart was the lifeline of the Maryland offense last game against Northwestern as he scored a team high 18 points to go along with 7 rebounds. He has been up and down this season but has shown spark of offensive ability going for 24 points (41.0 DKFP) a few weeks ago against Richmond. Erratic but probably worth the cost of only $4,000 on DraftKings

Terquavion Smith (North Carolina State) Opp PUR ($4.8K DK/5.8K FD)

Casey Morsell is a game time decision (ankle) and if he still can’t go freshman Smith will again be a suitable replacement. He is the reigning ACC Freshman of the Week and has taken advantage of his first two collegiate starts with double digit scoring in each game. With mid-30 playing minutes in both games Smith will be the top value if he gets the starting nod one more time.

Other Guard Values to Consider:

De’Vion Harmon (ORE) $4.7K FD

Joel Murray (LBS) $4.2K DK

Hunter Cattoor (VT) $4.4K DK

TOP FORWARDS

Isaiah Mobley (USC) Opp LBS ($8.9K DK)

Mobley is coming off a career high in points (23) and 3-pointers (5) plus tied his career-high in rebounds (13) against Eastern Kentucky. That game was a microcosm of the monster all around season for Mobley as he also showed off his efficiency shooting 5-of-6 from the perimeter and 8-of-10 overall.

Trevion Williams (Purdue) Opp @NCST ($7.5K DK/8.3K FD)

Williams has been a GPP play for most of the season due to minutes (not starting) and foul trouble. He can no longer be ignored in cash as he is putting together a strong season. He scored 21 points in the last game against Rutgers with many of the points coming facing the basket and driving to go along with 11 rebounds. Williams now has six double-doubles on the season and chances are he will have another against an NC State squad that is small and low on options in the middle.

Keve Aluma (Virginia Tech) Opp @ DAY ($7.2K DK)

If Aluma can stay out of foul trouble against Dayton, he should have a big game with a very reasonable DK price. He is starting to show why he received so much hype in the offseason averaging 14.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. A great back to the basket player, Aluma is finally starting to hit perimeter shots and that only means one thing – fantasy gold.

Other Top Forwards to Consider:

Colin Castleton (UF) $9.1K DK/$8.4K FD *better FD value

Donta Scott G/F (UMD) $6.0K DK/$5.7K FD

Qudus Wahab (UMD) $7.0K DK/$5.6K FD * Top FD Play

Harrison Ingram (STAN) $6.6K FD

TOP FORWARD VALUES

Max Agbonkpolo (USC) Opp LBS ($4.5K DK)

Forward position does not have the greatest group of values today. Agbonkpolo should be fine as long as he starts like he did last game against Eastern Kentucky. Put in his best work of the year in that game playing 30 minutes and scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists (26.5 DKFP).

Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua (Baylor) Opp VU ($4.7K DK)

JTT is coming off the best game of his career when he scored 14 points and 13 rebounds in 21 minutes against UAPB. He doesn’t start but has been playing better than Flo Thamba leading to speculation that more minutes may be on the horizon. On the season JTT is averaging 8.4 points, 8.3 rebounds and 21.8 DKFP.

Other Top Forward Values:

Hakim Hart G/F (UMD) $4.0K DK/5.2K FD

Mawot Mag (RUT) $4.0K FD

Joshua Morgan (USC) $3.6K DK

Jordan Roberts (LBS) $3.8K DK

Ebenezer Dowouna (NCST) $4.2K DK/6.3K FD
