Gary Barnidge went from 79 catches to 55, 1,043 yards to 612, and nine scores to two. #SayItAintSo

Cole Beasley failed to reach 75-yards in any game this season. He also closed the year being held to less than 60-yards in every game from Week 4 through Week 17.

Kelvin Benjamin scored in each of the last two weeks of the season. That gave him three scores in 10 games. #BigTimeFailure

LeGarrette Blount scored 18 times on the ground to lead the league. According to the NFFC, Blount was the 46th running back off the board this season.

Blake Bortles fumbled twice in Week 17. He turned the ball over 22 times this season as he took a massive step back from his stellar 2015.

Sam Bradford broke the all-time NFL completion percentage mark previously held by Drew Brees as he finished the season with a mark of 71.6 percent (the record was 71.2). Bradford threw for 20 scores and five picks for the Vikings. #DoCopmletionsMeanMuch

Tom Brady had 28 passing scores versus just two picks this season leaving him with a 14.0 TD/INT rate, the best in league history (minimum 300-attempts). The record was held by Nick Foles who went 27-2 back in 2013. To think, Brady’s historic season included four games on the sidelines with that suspension.

Drew Brees went over 5,000-yards yet again, the fifth time he’s accomplished that tremendous feat. No other QB has done it two times (read that again). In fact, Brees has five 5,000 yards seasons while the rest of the quarterbacks who have ever played this game have done it four times. #BestStatisticalQBEver

Randall Cobb was the only wideout with at least 25 receptions this season who didn’t drop a pass. He caught 60 balls.

Brandin Cooks caught three balls for 19 yards in Week 17. Up and down all year, you really can’t complain about a season of 77-1,170-8, but man, that up and down. He failed to reach twenty yards three times this season and was under 50-yards six times.

Amari Cooper scored in Week 17 but he went for just 39 yards, the seventh time in eight games that he failed to reach 60-yards.

Jamison Crowder caught two passes for 16 yards in Week 17. That gave him a four game run to end the year that included nine receptions, 80 yards and no scores. #PantyWaste

Julian Edelman caught eight balls for 151 yards and a score in Week 17. For the third time in a row in a season of 10 games played, Edelman caught at least 90-passes (he finished with 98).

Zach Ertz went bonkers again catching 13-of-16 targets for 139 yards and two scores (73 yards after contact). He caught at least six passes in 4/5 games to close out the year while averaging 88.6 yards over those five outings.

Larry Fitzgerald led the league in catches in 2005. He also lead the league in receptions this season with 107 receptions. He is the first player ever to lead the league in receptions 11 yards apart. #SimplyGetsItDone

Joe Flacco threw for 4,317 passing yards, a Ravens team record. It was the first time the stoic one threw for more than 4,000-yards, Not that it was a strong fantasy season by any means since he threw for a mere 20 scores against 15 picks.

He ain’t sexy, but Pierre Garcon caught four more balls for 96 yards in Week 17 to push his season totals to 79-1,043. He only scored three times but he was a pretty darn good performer in the second half.

Antonio Gates scored for the 111th time in his career to tie Tony Gonzalez for the most in league history by a tight end. Gates caught five balls for 55 to end the year with 13 grabs for 149 yards and two scores the final two games. He also went for 5-61 in three of his last four games though it seems evident that Hunter Henry will have a much bigger role next year even if Gates returns as is expected (Henry caught four balls for 43 yards and a score in Week 17, his eighth of the year).

Frank Gore is the first runner to go over 1,000 yards at age 33-years of age or older since 1984 when John Riggins pulled off the trick. Gore also has nine seasons of 1,000 rushing yards, a total surpassed by only four men in NFL history: Emmitt Smith 11 times, Curtin Martin 10, Walter Payton 10 and Barry Sanders 10. #HistoricallyGood

Tyreek Hill has averaged more than 40-yards on his 12 scores this season. He joined Dante Hall as the only player to record a 60-yard score in 4-straight games. Hill is also a deplorable human being.

Andrew Hawkins caught five passes yet finished with 5.9 points in a PPR setup in Week 17. #YesHeHadNineYards

Jordan Howard produced 69 yards after contact in Week 17 as he ran the ball 23 times for 135 yards. He produced 1,313 yards on the ground, on 5.21 YPC, in the best rushing season in Bears history for a rookie.

Travis Kelce was the biggest failure in fantasy football in Week 17. In 5/6 games entering the final week of the year he went over 100-yards. In Week 17 he caught one pass for eight yards. #FullFacePlant

Dion Lewis touched the ball 13 times leading to 52 yards. In seven games he didn’t score a touchdown. #ToldYouSo

In 14 games this season, two of which he was barely on the field, Meredith caught 66 passes for 888 yards and four scores. He also went over 100-yards in 2/3 games to close out the year while scoring twice in his final four games.

DeMarco Murray played through a torn plantar plate in his foot in the second half as his production slowed. He has a great season with nearly 1,650 yards from scrimmage and 12 scores. He was really limited the last two games with 25 carries for 63 yards and three receptions for 16 yards.

Latavius Murray vanished the final two weeks carrying the ball 20 times for 51 yards. He had his worst game of the season in Week 17 against the Broncos (five carries, 11 yards).

Jordy Nelson led the NFL with 14 touchdowns receptions. Three others have 12 including a teammate of Nelson’s: Antonio BrownMike Evans and Davante Adams (who scored twice in Week 17).Matt Barkley looked good for a while, that is until he turned the ball over 11 times his last three outings.

Dennis Pitta caught 11 passes for 91 yards in Week 17 as Joe Flacco inexplicably targeted him 16 times. He ended the season with one of the most improbable 86 reception efforts in league annals. He only scored twice all year though, both in the same game.

Bilal Powell was Pro Football Focus’ 6th best back in Elusive Rating. He averaged 5.9 yards per touch for the Jets.

Terrelle Pryor went over 1,000 receiving yards with a grab in overtime in Week 17. That catch enabled Pryor to become the second player in league history with a season of 1,000 receiving yards and another with 1,000 passing yards. The other was Marlin Briscoe who threw for 1,589 yards as a rookie in 1968 and then went for 1,036 yards in 1970 as a receiver.

The Ravens did it again, and by again I mean divvying up the snaps in the backfield at a maddening pace in Week 17: Kenneth Dixon 32, Terrance West 25 and Kyle Juszczyk 25.

Darrelle Revis allowed a QB Rating of 104.2 this season which is remarkably terrible. #RevisIslanderIsNoMore

Kyle Rudolph caught 11 passes in Week 17 with 56 yards, and a touchdown, coming after the catch. All told he was peppered with 15 targets produced an 11-117-1 line. He also finished on a high note catching at least six passes in 5-of-6 games down the stretch. He finally became the guy we’ve been waiting for him to become for... years.

Matt Ryan finished the year with 11 scores and no picks the last four games. He threw for 331 yards and four scores in Week 17. He finished the year with a 117.1 QB Rating, the fifth best mark in NFL history.

Mark Sanchez still stinks. #TheSunIsStillComingUp

We had high hopes for Tajae Sharpe when the season began. Failed there did we. He caught seven passes in five games after Turkey Day including a bagel in Week 17.

Alex Smith had four games with a rushing and passing score in 2016. The only other quarterbacks to do that: Cam Newton, Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescott.

Kenny Stills scored in Week 17 to give him nine touchdown grabs. That’s more scores than T.Y. Hilton, Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Larry Fitzgerald and A.J. Green to name but a few.

Aqib Talib was the only cornerback who was thrown to at least 60-times who didn’t allow a single touchdown reception.

Adam Thielen played 60-of-63 snaps in Week 17 yet saw one pass. One. He fell short of 1,000 yards at 967 in a dreadful end to an impressive out of nowhere effort.

Michael Thomas posted a 10-156-1 line in Week 17. He produced 49 yards after the catch while breaking three tackles. He set franchise records for receptions, yards and scores by a rookie (92-1,137-9).

Tyrell Williams caught six balls for 70 yards in Week 17 to give him a line of 69-1,059-7. Kennan Allen has failed to reach those totals in any of the last three seasons. #Truth

Jameis Winston threw for 28 touchdown passes. That’s the most in Buccaneers history.

Ravens guard Marshal Yanda didn’t allow a sack all season long while permitting a mere six hurries. #Remarkable

Zach Zenner scored three times the last two games for the Lions. He was the only Lions running back to see the field in Week 17 seeing 64-of-66 snaps.
