🔥 Calgary Flames vs San Jose Sharks Prediction

The Calgary Flames have been performing well over the past two weeks; however, they continue to struggle on the road, with a 1-5-0 record away from their hometown fans. Despite averaging over 28 shots per game, they struggle to find the back of the net. On the other hand, the San Jose Sharks haven't been impressive in their last three games, but their offensive talent is present; it just hasn't been firing on all cylinders. Given that we're getting the Sharks at a slight discount, we'll take them to cover the Money Line.

🔥 Vegas Golden Knights vs Boston Bruins Prediction

It's intriguing to see the Boston Bruins open as home underdogs, especially considering their impressive 6-1-0 record at TD Garden. They have been one of the top teams at home, yet for some reason, the betting market doesn't seem to acknowledge it tonight. 

While the Bruins allow a lot of shots and their penalty kill isn’t among the best, that shouldn’t make them underdogs. On the other hand, the Vegas Golden Knights come into this matchup with a 3-2-1 road record. They can shoot the puck well and score on the power play, but their penalty kill has been a liability, operating at just 69.4%. Additionally, neither goalie on their roster has a save percentage above .900%. Although they can stage a comeback if they fall behind, it’s quite rare to get a substantial number of shots past Jeremy Swayman.

Overall, the Bruins seem to have an edge in this matchup, so I would also recommend taking them to win on the Money Line.

🏅Goalie of the Day: Yaroslav Askarov - SJ

I understand why some people might hesitate to play Yaroslav Askarov tonight, but there’s enough potential to consider it. His 4-5-0 record doesn’t inspire much confidence, but the Flames are a high-volume shooting team that struggles to score. That's why targeting the opposing goalie is a good strategy, even one with a .900 save percentage. While Askarov may not be a safe choice, he definitely offers the most upside by a wide margin.

🏅Honourable Mention: Daniil Tarasov - DET

Daniil Tarasov presents a significant opportunity tonight. He hasn’t lost a game in regulation and consistently gives his team a chance to win whenever he plays. While Florida has many offensive threats, Tarasov should face enough shots to reach the 35-plus save bonus on DraftKings. His reasonable price also allows us to allocate more funds to other areas. If he secures a win, it would be the perfect finishing touch.

🏅Skater of the Day: Macklin Celebrini - SJ

It has been a challenging few games for Celebrini and the team, but this matchup presents a great opportunity for him. Calgary gives up a significant number of chances, and their goaltending has struggled throughout the year. He should get a fair amount of ice time, which could lead to plenty of shots on goal and potential goals.

🏅Honourable Mention: Artturi Lehkonen - COL

I know many of you were expecting to see Nathan MacKinnon in this spot. While he is an elite player, most of his impact comes on home ice. He has recorded just one goal and five assists while playing on the road. Therefore, let's shift our focus to a more affordable player with significant potential.

Artturi Lehkonen has scored 12 goals this season and has proven to be one of the most reliable players in the lineup. He accumulates most of his points during five-on-five situations and consistently performs well. At just $5,700, he is an incredibly affordable option. Although his shot volume can be inconsistent, if he scores, he will provide great value. That’s what we really care about.

🏅Value Play of the Day: Devon Toews - COL

Don’t look now, but Devon Toews has reached 13 points this season, with six of those coming in the last four games. While Cale Makar is always an elite choice, Toews is an excellent alternative if you're looking to save some salary. He consistently gets a solid amount of ice time and is scoring most of his points at even strength.

🏅Top Stack of the Day: FLA PP1

Although I respect Tarasov, I don't think he'll finish this game without allowing any goals. Florida has a middle-of-the-pack power play, while Detroit's penalty kill is quite poor. Detroit is generally a disciplined team, but when the Panthers are involved, there tends to be more power-play opportunities. If you're considering a stack with lower ownership, this could be a solid option to explore.
