Quarterback

Joe Burrow vs. BAL ($30)

There is no value worth dipping our toes into, so Burrow is a cusp value option at his price. The Ravens secondary is REELING horribly right now with injuries and they’ve allowed big game after big game. The Ravens have allowed the third most passing yards this year and they’ve also allowed the eighth most touchdowns through the air as well. Burrow had his best game of the year against the Ravens earlier in the campaign throwing for 418 yards and three touchdowns.

Running Back

Justin Jackson vs. HOU ($12)

Nobody in football has allowed more rushing yards than the Houston Texans this year, so insert Jackson here. With Ekeler limited last week, Jackson had 13 carries for 86 carries and caught a pass as well. Jackson himself has had trouble staying healthy, but he’s a big play waiting to happen and through four broken seasons, he’s averaged north of five yards per carry. The Chargers have one of the highest implied points totals on the board and the running back in Los Angeles’ offense under Brandon Staley has been heavily involved this year. He’ll be very popular, as he should be considering the spot he’s in.

Wide Receiver

Russell Gage vs. ATL ($17)

When Calvin Ridley stepped away, we figured the number one dog would be Kyle Pitts and possibly Cordarrelle Patterson, and they’ve both been solid, but Gage has been great. He’s had 12 or more targets in two of three games and six plus targets in five straight contests overall. He’s had 15+ DKP in three of his last four as well and has emerged as the Falcons number one option. The Lions have given up the 11th most yards to opposing receivers this year and rank 26th in pass DVOA defense. Gage is a very solid option in all formats.

Emmanuel Sanders vs. NE ($14)

This isn’t the greatest match-up for opposing offenses, but Sanders has been removed from the injury report for Week 16. Not only that, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis have both been placed on the COVID-19 list. Everything is lining up for Sanders here knowing how much Bill Belicheck tries taking out the opposing team’s top offensive option, so in this case Stefon Diggs. Sanders hasn’t scored since October 10th, but he could sniff the end zone again in this one.

Tight End

Cole Kmet vs. SEA ($14)

With Allen Robinson’s status in question, Kmet should once again have a heavy workload in Week 16. Over the last four games – two of which were with Robinson – he’s seen 32 targets come his way. At this point, we’re not expecting Kmet to score (he hasn’t yet this year) but the volume should continue to be there. Seattle has allowed the seventh most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this year. The only question we have is with Nick Foles, who’s starting at quarterback for the Bears this week.
