Brian Robinson Thursday Night Football Sleeper NFL Pick: More than 19.5 Rushing Yards 

Ok, so this is largely a game theory play. The 49ers are really decimated on the offensive side of the football right now as they are without their starting QB in Brock Purdy, starting TE in George Kittle and both of their starting WRs in Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings. So, my guess is they just look to run the football as much as they can against this Rams defense.

Robinson Jr. has actually gone over this total in all four games this season, with a low of 20 yards rushing and a high of 33 yards rushing in the season opener.

I think there's two ways he goes over tonight, first being they just run the football and he naturally finds himself getting 20 yards on his handful of touches. OR this game is a blowout in the favor of the Rams and to save Christian McCaffrey we see Robinson get some carries at the end of the game.

Either way, I like the over here tonight on the 49ers backup running back.

 

Joshua Karty Thursday Night Football Sleeper NFL Pick: More than 1.5 Field Goals Made

We had Karty over 1.5 field goals against the Colts last week and we cashed that one in the first half of the game. I'm more than willing to go back to the well here tonight with the Rams at home against a 49ers defense that is relatively healthy and should be putting up a tough fight against the Rams tonight in order to keep this game in reach for the 49ers offense that is really missing key players. 

Ultimately, this should lead to some “bend but don't break” moments and Sean McVey is not afraid to use his kicker. Karty also has a decent leg so 50+ yard field goals are also not out of the question.
