We've made it to the NFL playoffs as we kick off Wild Card Weekend here.  From a DFS perspective there are six games being played with slates being both combined all into one and then broken up by day. With this week's QB coach I'm going to just give you my favorite QB's to build your lineups around regardless of price point based on matchups given the smaller player pool you will be dealing with. Let's get to the action!

NFL DFS QB Wild Card Weekend Top Tier Picks

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Allen and the Bills play on Sunday and have a home matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Bills are 10-point favorites at home here this weekend and Allen is in prime form right now, posting at least 20 fantasy points in four of the five weeks heading into the post season.  What we've loved from Allen this season is not what he's done with his arms but rather his legs as he's totaled 15 rushing touchdowns on the year, a new career high. The Steelers defense is going to be without their top star in T.J. Watt this weekend which will make this matchup that much easier for the Bills QB.

Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have a home matchup on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. This game here has a 50.5 game total and Prescott is coming off the best season of his career, throwing for 4,500 yards and 36 touchdowns. The Packers defense hasn't been all that special this year and the Prescott/Lamb connection should be something to watch here this week.

Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

The way to beat the Lions this season has been through the air with Detroit boasting the #1 ranked DVOA defense against the run. Fortunately for Stafford he has Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp by his side as he returns to Detroit in what figures to be an emotional game for Stafford. We've seen QB's put up big passing numbers against the Lions in recent weeks and this feels like a spot where we see Stafford take it to his old club.

Joe Flacco, Cleveland Browns

The Saturday slate isn't all the appealing with the Dolphins/Chiefs game being played in sub-zero temperatures and the Browns/Texans having decent defenses. Alas, I'm settling in on the old gunslinger here in Joe Flacco. The Texans have been good against the run this season, ranking second in DVOA but haven't been that great against opposing passing attacks. When it comes to the Browns offense, Flacco is averaging over 40 pass attempts per game and both Amari Cooper and David Njoku have been top 10 fantasy performers since he took over.  While it would shock me to see him throw a couple of interceptions, I'm also envisioning 40-to-45 pass attempts with 300+ yards and a few touchdowns here as well.

Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The lone Monday game, Mayfield and the Buccaneers are home against the Philadelphia Eagles. This is a the same Eagles defense that ranks 29th in DVOA against the pass this season. We already saw this matchup back in Week 3 and while Mayfield wasn't great, he has largely been much better this season than we have expected. He is also very cheap if playing the full weekend slate as the lowest cost starting QB. With a healthy Mike Evans and Chris Godwin going up against this Eagles poor pass defense, I'm looking for Mayfield to come out of this with at least 250+ yards passing and 2+ touchdowns if I had to make the bet.
