Who the hell is going to stop him here? Nobody has been able to up to this point and nobody on Los Angeles is going to be able to either. This year, Joel Embiid has a 39.7% USG rate and averages 1.68 FP/min. Embiid put 40 on the Clippers’ heads earlier this year and had 67.8 DKP in that game as well.
We know what James Harden is capable of, as he’s a walking triple-double at times. That being said, he’s gone under 50 FP in three of his last five games. Harden has taken a step back in terms of usage as it sits at 26% since joining Philadelphia, but he’s still averaging a robust 1.3 FP/min. Both of those numbers are still elite despite taking a backseat to Embiid.
On Thursday, the Clippers announced a few of their regulars would have their minutes capped for the remainder of the season, which bodes well for guys like Terance Mann to thrive. We saw it last game as Mann played 35 minutes and put up 40 DKP. Mann has now put up 35+ DKP in three of four games. In each of those three games, Mann has 16+ points, 8+ rebounds, and 4+ assists.

It finally looks as if Tyrese Maxey has settled in nicely playing alongside Joel Embiid and James Harden. He’s poured in 18+ points in three straight games and has put up 40+ DKP in two straight games as well. Maxey has had success against the Clippers this year scoring 19 points and 35 DKP.
Although it wasn’t a long tenure in LA, Harris spent 87 games with the Clippers a few years back and actually had his best career scoring output (20.3 PPG) during his time there. So a little revenge here for Harris? He looked great against them earlier in the year, playing 40 minutes while scoring 20 points and 43.3 DKP.
The minutes are on the rise for Isaiah Hartenstein lately as he’s topped 20+ minutes in four straight games. He’s done well in the fantasy points department as well, he has scored 25+ DKP in three of his last four games. On the year, Hartenstein has averaged 1.19 FP/min on the year, so this is a solid GPP play.
With guys being limited, Luke Kennard should theoretically be extended much like he was last game. It’s very hard to predict when he will get a lot of playing time on any given night, but he has topped 25+ minutes in back-to-back games. Philly has been an elite defensive team against the three-point shot, which could hurt Kennard here.
We’ve talked about it a couple of times in this article, but there are multiple Clippers that are going to be rested and limited to a specific amount of minutes. BJ Boston could see upwards of 20 minutes and if he were able to get 20 DKP he could be a GPP winner.
Potential options: Georges Niang, Amir Coffey
