PrizePicks NBA Player Props Top Picks
Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers
Pick: Over 13.0 Rebounds
With LeBron James out of the lineup for the Lakers this season Anthony Davis has been an absolute monster, especially on the glass, pulling down at least 14 rebounds in eight straight contests with James out of the lineup. The Grizzlies are still without Steven Adams which means the undersized Xavier Tillman and Brandon Clarke will be tasked with handling Davis in the paint and on the glass in this matchup. I want to be upfront that this pick isn’t without some risk as the Lakers head into Memphis has nine-point road underdogs. If the Lakers aren’t able to stay competitive then there is a potential that Davis has his night cut short which could see him missing his rebound prop but we’ve also seen Davis be a rebounding machine early in games and he may only need three quarters to pull this off.

Jaren Jackson Jr., Memphis Grizzlies
Pick: Over 2.5 Blocks
I mean, we’ve talked about this prop all season long. When Jaren Jackson Jr. is playing at home he has ridiculous block totals which you can see from the graphic below which shows that he has gone over this total in 20-of-23 games this season. He is averaging 4.1 blocks per game at home on the year. Sure, he may have to deal with some Anthony Davis tonight at times and we know that Jackson can get himself into some foul trouble but the rest of the matchups for Jackson on the Lakers side of the ball really isn’t that worrisome. Books list this prop at -130 on the over today so let’s add it to our card as well.

Isaiah Joe, Oklahoma City Thunder
Pick: Over 16.5 Points
In the last four games in which Shai Gilgeous-Alexander did not play for the Thunder, we’ve seen Joe play at least 25 minutes and average 24 points per game. Joe has been deadly from three-point range this season, shooting 45.3% from beyond the arc and this matchup sets up perfectly for him as the Kings rank 29th in three-point shooting defense, allowing opposing teams to shoot 37.4% from three-point range. Over this past month with SGA off the floor, we see Joe with a 22.5% usage rate which is a 4% usage bump from when SGA is on the floor. During these past four weeks, we see Joe’s Per36 scoring average jump to 25.22 points per game which is close to his last four-game average where SGA was out of the lineup. Let’s look to ride the hot hand with Isaiah Joe here tonight.
