We are back with another large, 12 game slate tipping off tonight. There are some large projected game totals tonight, with the Nets/Lakers at 224, and Suns/Knicks at 223 points leading the way. On the flip side, we have the Raptors/Jazz sitting at the lowest projected total at 193.5 points. Of the twelve games, the Rockets and Pelicans are your only two road favorites tonight.
While the stars and scrubs approach is available tonight with plenty of top stars taking the court tonight, their production has not been equalling some of their high salaries when the mid-tier options are hitting for 40 plus fantasy points. Scoring looks to be up this year, while at the same time, steals and blocks are inflating fantasy production for players every night. Going for 15 points and 5 boards or assists doesn’t help if a player is able to score 25% or more of their fantasy points off blocks and steals.
The most frustrating area heading into tonight is the injury status of teams. Saying injury status I guess equals “illness” as well. I guess traveling, and being around plenty of people that may or may not always keep an immune setting is tough. Every night someone is questionable due to illness. Kristaps looks to be the key player to watch heading into afternoon shootaround.
Please note that there are some top options that aren’t listed in the playbook. They are in play, but wanted to provide options across all salary ranges if applicable, over just all top plays. I tried to list most players off their FD positions, but note that they may be eligible at other positions on the other sites. Position wise, it is easier to mix and match with the multiple DK options as it is for FD.
