He’s once again in Tampa Bay and faces off against Adrian Houser, who struggles with lefties. Left-handed bats have a .284 AVG and .353 wOBA against him, and some of the expected stuff suggests it should be even better. Nootbaar is rolling right now, notching five straight multi-hit games, and has hit .339 through 15 games in August. He’s leading off in a small ballpark against a pitcher struggling against lefties. Corey Seager MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Total Bases

Things have not been all too fun for Guardians starter Slade Cecconi lately, as it’s been a tale of two halves for the right-hander. After posting a 3.44 ERA in the first half of the year, he has posted a 6.17 ERA and has allowed a .291 AVG, .546 SLG%, and a .367 wOBA. He’s struggled with lefties this year, and it could even be worse if he weren’t getting lucky. On the year, lefties have a .217 ISO, .249 xISO, .326 wOBA, and .378 xwOBA. Seager has a .203 ISO against righties, but a .303 xISO. He also has a .381 wOBA but a .437 xwOBA on the year. The luck should turn for Seager in this spot.
