2025 has not been Spencer Strider’s season. In fact, it’s the opposite. It’s been awful. He hasn’t missed any bats lately and draws a pretty tough matchup here against Ian Happ. Happ has had a really good second half of the year after an awful first half. He’s been specifically good against right-handed pitching, too. Since the All-Star break against righties, Happ has an .822 OPS, .220 ISO, and .381 wOBA. His numbers against righties all year have been good, notching a .184 ISO, .210 xISO, .336 wOBA, and .364 xwOBA. I mentioned earlier that Strider has been bad, and lefties have given him issues as they’ve posted a .218 ISO and .354 wOBA against him this year.

 

 

 

Rob Refsnyder MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (1.1x)

It’s just a fact that Rob Refsnyder has turned into one of the league’s best lefty mashers. There’s really nothing else to say about it. It’s year in, year out that he smashes them. This season, he has posted a .949 OPS, .255 ISO, .400 wOBA, and has six of his seven homers against them. Now he gets to hit in a minor league ballpark against Jeffrey Springs and will do so at or near the top of Boston’s lineup. Righty power has been the one thing that’s been unavoidable for Springs, especially at home, allowing over two home runs per nine innings.
