Christian Yelich MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Total Bases (1.1x) 

After a slow start to the year, Christian Yelich has hit in 14 of his last 15 games and has been flat out raking. During that 15-game stretch, Yelich has a .390/.438/.695 slash with four home runs, six doubles, and 19 RBI. He’s been absolutely dominant. He’s been excellent against righties, too, posting a .267 ISO and .392 wOBA against them, and faces Sandy Alcantara, who hasn’t gotten lefties out this year. Lefties have a .463 SLG%, .359 wOBA, .381 xwOBA, .201 ISO, .227 xISO, and 1.6 HR/9. Yelich is one of my favorite Underdog MLB picks of the day. 

 

 


 

Heliot Ramos MLB Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 1.5 Total Bases

After posting a 1.189 OPS and .380 ISO against left-handed pitching in 2024, Heliot Ramos has an .825 OPS and .215 ISO this year against southpaws. Ramos and the Giants head to Sacramento to take on the Athletics and left-handed hurler, JP Sears. Sears’ home/road splits are insane, like most Athletics pitchers, as he’s pitched to a 6.68 ERA in Sacramento compared to 4.14 on the road. It’s really been the power that’s killed him as he’s allowed 10 HR to RHH at home this year, along with 3.42 HR/9, 60.7% FB, and 36.5% HH rate. I expect home runs to be hit in this one.
