Slate: 13-Game Main | Lock Time: 7:05 PM ET, Friday June 12th, 2026
Vegas Totals: COL/ATH (highest-projected game), HOU/KC & ARI/CIN (tied for second-highest game), LAD/CWS & SD/BAL (tied for third-highest)
Highest K-Projections: Jacob Misiorowski 8.5 O/U (-110), Joe Ryan 6.5 O/U (+104), Nolan McLean 5.5 O/U (-150), Spencer Strider 5.5 O/U (-142)
MLB Weather Today, 6/12
Rockies vs. Athletics - High 90-degree temps along with 10-15 MPH winds blowing out. ELITE hitting weather. Best spot on the board.
Cardinals vs. Twins - There are potential storms brewing later in the game. Could cause issues later.
Braves vs. Mets - There's a chance that we see a delayed start, but the game should play fine once it's starts.
Rangers vs. Red Sox - We could see a delay at some point, but it shouldn't be too long if it puts a stop to the game. We should see nine innings here.
MLB DFS Lineup Picks: Starting Pitchers
MLB DFS Top Pitchers
Jacob Misiorowski (MIL)
Analysis: I mean, what is there to say? He has 30+ DKP in seven straight games. 30+ is insane. That's why he's up to $12K on DK. He has the highest strikeout odds, best win odds, etc. If he doesn't get 30 FP and you fade him, there's a chance you could get a leg up on the field.
Joe Ryan (MIN)
Analysis: In most categories the Cardinals are a league-average offense against right-handed pitching. They do strike out nearly 23% of the time and Ryan can definitely miss a bunch of bats. Ryan is the clear Misiorowski pivot.
MLB DFS Value Pitchers
Landen Roupp (SF)
Analysis: The Cubs have simply been a bad offense over the last month. They rank 20th in OPS with a 98 wRC+ against righties over the last month. They nearly have struck out 23% of the time to boot. It's a massive ballpark upgrade to boot.
Roki Sasaki (LAD)
Analysis: It's been an incredible stretch on the mound for Roki Sasaki dating back to the start of May. He has a 2.55 ERA and opponents are batting .186 against him. He's also struck out 27.3% of his opponents. The White Sox have definitely been improving against righties but they're just above league average. They have the third-highest K-rate vs. RHP this year.
Shane Baz (BAL)
Analysis: We can talk about talent all the we want but the fact of the matter is that the Padres are a bad, bad offense against righties. They're 30th in OPS and wOBA and 28th in wRC+ while striking out 23.1% of the time. Baz has pitched well lately allowing 3 ER or less in five straight and has 20+ DKP in three of four.
Jack Flaherty (DET)
Analysis: Can Jack Flaherty control the baseball and deal with all of the lefties the Guardians have? Despite the fact they have so many lefties, they're a bad offense against right-handed pitchers. They rank 26th in OPS, 25th in wOBA, and 23rd in wRC+ vs. RHP. Flaherty has 15+ DKP in three straight and 20+ in two of them.
Top Options For Strikeouts
The three top strikeout targets in today's MLB DFS projections each carry a K/9 above 10.9 and favorable opponent strikeout splits. K-prop lines and value ratings are incorporated below for DFS and prop context. These are the arms building the highest strikeout ceilings on the nine-game slate.
Our model identifies these arms as the highest-ceiling plays for Alt-K lines today:
Jacob Misiorowski: 38.4% K% (13.4 K/9)
Spencer Strider: 29.1% K% (10.8 K/9)
Ryan Weathers: 27.7% K% (10.2 K/9)
Nolan McLean: 27.4% K% (10.2 K/9)
Joe Ryan: 27.3% K% (9.9 K/9)
Best Odds For A Win
The following MLB DFS picks offer a combination of favorable win odds, sustainable ERA and xFIP metrics, and soft opponent matchups. Each carry K-prop lines worth noting alongside their DFS value at reduced ownership relative to the top tier.
- Jacob Misiorowski -113
- Roki Sasaki +123
- Shane McClanahan +126
MLB DFS Lineup Picks: Stacks & Hitters
MLB DFS Top Hitters
Nick Kurtz & Shea Langeliers (1B/C, ATH)
Analysis: Both splits have .200 ISOs or higher against Zach Agnos this year and then the Rockies bullpen will be tasked with getting outs. Colorado has the worst bullpen ERA this year. Kurtz has a .261 ISO and Langeliers has a .211 ISO vs. RHP this year.
Ketel Marte & Corbin Carroll (2B/OF, ARI)
Analysis: If you're looking for alt plays away from ATH/COL, the Diamondbacks look as good as anyone on the board. Nick Lodolo has struggled against both splits and at his home ballpark, which makes this the holy grail of matchups. Marte has a .250 ISO and Carroll has a .282 ISO. Elite stuff.
Hunter Goodman (C, COL)
Analysis: The month just started 10 games ago and Hunter Goodman is already belted five bombs and is up to 18 on the year, which leads all catchers. He has a .235 ISO against left-handed pitching this season.
MLB DFS Value Hitters
Willi Castro (2B/3B, COL)
Analysis: The Rockies probably hit Willi Castro out of the leadoff spot today with a lefty starter on the hill. Castro has a .337 wOBA against lefties this year and had a .192 ISO and .326 wOBA against them last year, so it's more than a small one-year sample.
Jackson Holliday (2B, BAL)
Analysis: The numbers against right-handed pitching so far this season are elite for Holliday and he's facing a pitcher that struggles getting lefties out. Holliday has a .250 ISO and .368 wOBA against righty hurlers.
Henry Bolte (OF, ATH)
Analysis: With the pitching change to a lefty, Bolte is a prominent player in the Athletics lineup. He's posted a .200 ISO and .434 wOBA against southpaws this year. Righties have an .840 OPS against Sean Sullivan at Triple-A this year.
MLB DFS Top Stacks
Primary Stack: Athletics vs Sean Sullivan (COL RHP)
UPDATE - Sean Sullivan has been called up to make his debut instead of Zach Agnos. Sullivan's a left-hander has has allowed an .840 OPS vs. RHH and an .875 OPS vs. LHH.
Why: Look, the Athletics have over seven implied runs and the weather is insane in Las Vegas. It's nearly 100 degrees and there are double-digit wins blowing out. There is nothing really to it; we saw all week that pop-ups are potentially going to leave the stadium.
Primary Stack: Colorado Rockies vs Gage Jump (ATH LHP)
Why: Gage Jump has made three starts this year and has an elevated flyball rate up at 41.5%. That's BAD news in Las Vegas Stadium given the weather and wind tonight. The Rockies have a really solid right-handed heavy lineup to throw at Jump.
Primary Stack: Arizona Diamondbacks vs Nick Lodolo (CIN LHP)
Why: Both splits have crushed Nick Lodolo this year and he has to navigate his home ballpark. Lefties are hitting .394 with a .452 wOBA and righties have a .545 SLG% and .371 wOBA to boot. He has a 6.75 ERA at home along with a .627 SLG% and .415 wOBA.
"Contrarian" Stack: Tampa Bay Rays vs Sam Aldegheri (LAA LHP)
Why: Both splits are crushing Sam Aldegheri at the minor and major league levels. Aldegheri hasn't given us any reason to be confident he can get anyone out. Tampa Bay has one of the highest implied team totals on the board.
"Contrarian" Stack: Baltimore Orioles vs Griffin Canning (SDP RHP)
Why: Lefties have killed Griffin Canning for years and this season hasn't been any different. Lefties have a .282/.371/.564 slash along with a .404 wOBA and all six bombs he's allowed have come vs. LHH. There are likely going to be six-to-seven lefties in the Orioles lineup today.
MLB DFS Lineups: Core MLB DFS Hitters & Pitchers
| The "Chalk" (Popular) | The "Pivot" (Low Owned) | The Winning Logic |
| Misiorowski (SP, chalk) | Baz (SP, matchup) | If the Miz doesn't get us 30+ DKP at this price, he won't pay off what we need to win a tournament. He's very safe, but there are pivots. |
| Las Vegas Stadium (Chalk) | ARI as contrarian stack | Second best ballpark on stadium and Arizona is a top-five team in baseball against left-handed pitching. |
| Tovar + Karros (chalk) | Marte + Waldschmidt (lower owned) | Just sicking with the theme of playing lower-owned Diamondbacks in a great spot. |
The foundation for every MLB DFS lineup you build today. These are the core MLB DFS picks by position across DraftKings and FanDuel.
