Taj Bradley Chalkboard Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Strikeouts (1.10x)

ANCHOR PICK -- Thank you to Chalkboard for always having solid anchors for us to get that third leg of our pick’em picks in. The Vegas line has Bradley at 4.5 strikeouts and only once this season, back in April against the Yankees has he thrown for less than two strikeouts. The Twins have a 21.4-percent strikeout rate against righties, so we’ll take this anchor and run with it.

 

 

 

Addison Barger Chalkboard Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (1.55x)

The 25-year-old, second-year pro has been on a nice tear as of late, hitting safely in eight of his last 10 games and clearing this 1.55-HRR mark in all eight where’s he’s had at least one hit. Angels righty Jack Kochanowicz is allowing a .386 wOBA to lefthanded hitters and 18 of the 24 extra-base hits he’s allowed have come from lefties. He’s also allowed at least two runs in eight-straight games and with Barger batting second against righties, he should be a part of more.

 

 

 

William Contreras Chalkboard Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (1.53x)

We are very bullish on Contreras today matching up against Cal Quantrill. The Miami righty has some bad reverse-splits where same-handed hitting is beating him up pretty badly. We’re talking about a .439 wOBA against with six-straight starts of at least two runs allowed. He’s also coughing up the long ball pretty regularly. With Contreras posting a .327 wOBA against righties, we’ll lock him in today.
