Statistically, Andy Pages has been the Los Angeles Dodgers’ top hitter this season. After a scorching start to the year, he cooled off somewhat in May. However, he’s found his groove again recently. That makes him an appealing player to back on Saturday. 

The Dodgers’ outfielder owns a .952 OPS over his last 12 games, and he’s recorded over 1.5 hits+runs+RBI in eight of those contests. He’s also been especially productive at home, hitting .340 with a .985 OPS this season. 

Jesus Luzardo is slated to start for the Philadelphia Phillies. The southpaw has endured an inconsistent season, posting a 4.38 ERA. Though he’s been better lately, he’s also already had multiple blowup outings, allowing five or more runs in four different starts. He’ll now face a difficult challenge on the road against the Dodgers’ potent lineup. 

Pages can lead the charge in this matchup. He’s thrived against left-handed pitching, batting .326 with an 1.025 OPS in the split this year.
