MLB Stolen Base Picks Today: Best Stolen Base Predictions For July 10th, 2026
Welcome back to the best stolen base picks for today. We got back to cashing with yesterday’s picks as Jake Mangum swiped a bag early on in the first game of the Thursday MLB slate, and from there, anything else was just gravy. We were hoping to double down with Otto Lopez, but a two-RBI triple was more in the cards for him. But if you tossed the Mangum play into the rest of what we outlined for you on The Betting Playbook, you had yourself a very good day. Let’s run it back with the stolen base picks today, shall we?

Best MLB Stolen Base Picks Today:
Locking in the best stolen base predictions means finding the absolute perfect storm of a high-on-base runner and a weak battery. Here are our top two MLB stolen base picks today for Friday, July 10:
Favorite Bets:
Pete Crow-Armstrong, Chicago Cubs (+284) – Sample size is everything sometimes, so looking at Hunter Greene in our SB data table and seeing only two stolen bases allowed shouldn’t deter you from looking at Cubs base-stealers. Why? Because he’s only made one start this year, people. And thanks to his catchers posting a miserable 17.1-percent caught-stealing rate, his one start saw two bases stolen against him, and that was by the Baltimore Orioles, one of the least-aggressive teams on the bases this season. So give me lefty-swinging PCA with his nine-game hit streak and his five steals over his last 10 games, and we’ll steal our way to the bank today.
Brayan Rocchio, Cleveland Guardians (+356) – I’m looking at both Rocchio and second baseman Travis Bazzana as both hit righties well. While Sandy Alcantara has been the master of quality starts lately, he’s allowed 12 stolen bases this season, which is second-most on the slate. He’s allowing left-handed hitters to post a .316 wOBA against him. His catchers also have a combined 25-percent caught-stealing rate, which is below average. Both Bazzana and Rocchio have great numbers, so we’ll lean into the longer odds for Rocchio. He’s got a .344 wOBA against righties, nine steals against them, and he doesn’t strike out. He’s also got three steals and one caught-stealing over his last 11 games, while Bazzana doesn’t even have an attempt. Sprinkle a little something on both if you like, but I’ll simply lean Rocchio here for the pick.
