If you want to avoid the barren wasteland that is the tight end position, you are going to have to spend uber-premium draft capital on a tight end. There are the big three that you can invest in. At time of writing, Travis Kelce has an ADP of 16.71, Zach Ertz has an ADP of 24.78, and George Kittle is right behind at 27.25. Kelce is the clear-cut, consensus No.1 at the position, but the gap between Kittle and Ertz behind Kelce is rather substantial, considering Ertz and Kittle have some flaws in their fantasy outlook for the 2019. Sure, you’re really splitting hairs between the two as there are a ton of similarities for the two elite tight ends within their respective offenses. The one difference between Ertz and Kittle is that the latter doesn’t have a premium draft pick nipping at him from behind, or a tried-and-true No. 1 receiver in the offense.
