Andrei Vasilevskiy stopped all 22 shots he faced in Monday’s 2-0 Stanley Cup winning Game 6 against the Dallas Stars.

It was a relatively quiet and easy night for Vasilevskiy, facing only eight shots after the opening two periods. His best save of the night came after he was bumped by Corey Perry, robbing a Dallas Star with his skate as he lay on his back. The goal wouldn’t have counted anyway, as Perry was called for goaltender interference, but Vasilevskiy showed off his incredible focus on the play. Vasilevskiy was a key piece of Tampa’s Stanley Cup triumph, being a steady force at the back, while conveying confidence in goal with some key saves throughout the postseason. The Russian netminder will finished the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a 18-8 record, a 1.90 goals-against-average and a .927 save percentage. Sep 28 11:10 pm (EST)
