Anthony Davis played 33 minutes and hit 9-of-19 shots, a 3-pointer and 6-of-7 free throws for 25 points, seven rebounds, one assist and three blocks in a 93-89 win over the Nuggets on Monday.
AD bounced back from a 12-point night on 5-of-16 shooting and his block of Facundo Campazzo's 3-pointer late in the game sealed the win for the Lakers and snapped their three-game losing streak. He was having his calf stretched out during the game but was able to play 33 minutes in back-to-back games on Sunday and Monday, so it would appear that he's good to go going forward. The Lakers held onto the No. 5 seed and sit a 1/2 game ahead of the No. 6 Mavericks as they wait and see if LeBron James (ankle) will be able to play on Thursday against the Clippers.
