NFL Injury Report 2025 - Fantasy Football Conference Championships: J.K. Dobbins, Mack Hollins
We’re down to four teams. That’s right, only four teams are left with a chance to take home the Lombardi Trophy. You would think that with just four teams alive, there would be fewer injuries to talk about, and while the quantity may be down, the impact of injuries at this point might be greater than at any point during the 2025 NFL season. With that said, let’s take a look at the most impactful injuries around the league this week.
Let’s dive in.

NFL Conference Championship Injury Report: Quarterbacks
Bo Nix, Denver Broncos
1/24 UPDATE
Broncos fans got terrible news shortly after their win this week over Buffalo. That news was that Bo Nix has suffered a broken ankle and would miss the remainder of the playoffs. This is a huge blow, and his backup is Jarrett Stidham, who hasn’t thrown an NFL pass since 2023.
Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
1/24 UPDATE
Darnold was placed on the injury report last week with an oblique injury, but ended up playing. He’s good to go this week as well, as he is fully off the injury report going into the weekend.

NFL Conference Championship Injury Report: Running Backs
J.K. Dobbins, Denver Broncos
1/24 UPDATE
Dobbins logged three limited practices this week, but was ultimately ruled out for this weekend. If Denver makes it to the Super Bowl, he has a legitimate shot at playing in the game.
Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks
1/24 UPDATE
Charbonnet has officially been placed on injured reserve with his torn ACL. George Holani has been added to the roster in his place, giving Seattle some RB depth back.

NFL Conference Championship Injury Report: Wide Receivers
Troy Franklin, Denver Broncos
1/24 UPDATE
Franklin returned to practice in a limited fashion this week, signifying he may be giving it a go this weekend as he is listed as questionable. Keep an eye on update reports as we get closer to game time.Â
Pat Bryant, Denver Broncos
1/24 UPDATE
Bryant logged a full practice and has no injury designation, indicating he should be good to go this weekend after suffering a concussion last week. His return will be notable for the team as various players are dealing with injuries.
Mack Hollins, New England Patriots
1/24 UPDATE
Hollins returned to practice this week, and is officially listed as questionable for Sunday. Should he return, he will likely step right into work for this Patriots offense as he was building a connection with Drake Maye prior to injury.

NFL Conference Championship Injury Report: Tight Ends
Elijah Arroyo, Seattle Seahawks
1/24 UPDATE
Arroyo ended up missing the divisional round of the playoffs due to his knee injury. He’s got a chance to return for the conference round, but it remains to be seen at this point.
