As the Fantasy Baseball season heads into June, the two-start options have blossomed, especially in the top group of aces where there are currently a wealth of Fantasy Baseball 2026 Two-Start Pitcher options to choose among. 21 top-tier SPs with dual start eligibility is a season high. With that many arms in the top tier, the middle tier is lacking many choices and the number of bottom tier hurlers is also relatively small, thank goodness.

There are also a boatload of Fantasy Baseball 2026 Streaming Starter options to choose from, if you are looking for a starting pitcher to fill out your rotation, adding innings and potentially some helpful counting stats while boosting, or at least not harming, your ratios.

Please realize that these articles feature the most recent rotation information available at the time they are written, but circumstances can change due to weather conditions, injuries, and general craziness with managers. If a pitcher listed here as having two starts ends up with one (or perhaps none) in the upcoming week, apologies, but this article is meant to provide analysis; it is up to the manager to set the lineups or rotations.

Without further ado, here are this week’s two-start pitchers:

There are certainly plenty of Fantasy Baseball 2026 Two-Start Pitchers that may or may not be available for you to populate your fantasy rosters with this scoring period. If you are fortunate enough to have any of these arms at your disposal, thank your lucky stars and plug them in for both their trips to toe the rubber this week.

 Maybe Yes, Maybe No

Prielipp had been cruising along in his starts since joining the Twin rotation until the host Red Sox touched him for four runs in the first inning, ultimately yielding six runs (five earned) on seven hits and three walks. He also was only able to collect one K in that contest, an aberration to be certain. He will look to shake that disaster off in a pair of home starts in Week 11 and he has been highly effective with atop the hill at Target Field this season

Chandler had his strikeout mojo in top gear against the Blue Jays in Toronto, racking up a season-high 11 Ks while taking another loss, his sixth against one win in 2026. His ERA currently sits at a unappealing 4.60, mostly inflated due to two abysmal stints on the bump, which if those were to evaporate from his record, his ERA would be a much more palatable 3.15. The youngster is in his rookie season, and the Pirates seem intent on letting him take the pill for his regularly scheduled appearances, and while he has two road games on the upcoming slate, he has been better away from PNC Park thus far this season. If he is floating around on your league’s wire, this would be a fine time to add him to your roster.

Baz also collected his season high strikeouts, whiffing nine Rays at Camden Yards to collect his third consecutive quality start (QS) of 2026, as well as his second victory as a member of the Oriole pitching staff. Those last three trips to toe the rubber have seen him post a 2.25 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over those 20.0 IP. He has been more of a road warrior this season, so the two games where he is dealing from foreign mounds in Week 11 play to his strength.

Patrick is making a return to the rotation, after having appeared out of the bullpen for five contests, and pitching spectacularly as a reliever: 9.2 IP, zero runs (earned or otherwise), 0.41 WHIP, 9:1 K/BB. He picked up two saves and two holds over those five relief appearances, and his return to the rotation will likely be short lived, but this is a great opportunity to take advantage of his success on the hill, as he has a pair of excellent matchups ahead. If you snag him for his two-start week, you might just want to make room to keep him for his excellent RP offerings going forward.

There are only nine SPs that is suggested you avoid, despite their double dipping on trips to the mound in Week 11. There are some names that may tempt you to employ their services - Manaea, Alcantara, Flaherty, Nola, Taillon - but the wisest course of action if you are seeking streaming assistance is to shop among the Fantasy Baseball 2026 Streaming Starters profiled below in the second portion of this week’s report.

Potential Streaming Options for Week 11

There is no promise that each game day will provide a streaming option. First of all, the pitcher must be available in at least 50% of leagues to be a viable candidate to snag off the wire. Then, the pitchers discussed above are not included as they have a different sort of value, even though some might be available as free agents in your league. Plus, some days the matchups and/or venues just do not figure as positive enough factors to favor plugging the arm into your rotation, even for one start. That all being said, here are this week’s best Fantasy Baseball 2025 Streaming Starters candidates:

Tuesday, June 2, 2026

Dustin May, St. Louis Cardinals vs. Texas Rangers

After no-hitting the Brewers for seven frames, he had to settle for a QS after getting pulled in the eight inning, and took the loss as the bullpen failed to strand the inherited runners he left on the bags. The right-hander has pitched into the sixth inning in his last nine trips to the hill, accumulating a venerable 3.02 ERA and 1.10 WHIP over those 53.2 IP. That alone makes him a worthy streaming option, plus this profiles as a good matchup against a team playing well under .500 on the road.

Miles Mikolas, Washington Nationals vs. Miami Marlins

The veteran righty has been enjoying a successful May on the bump, posting a stellar 2.74 ERA and 1.00 WHIP over his most recent 23.0 IP. He is admittedly not a great source for Ks with his 5.7 K/9 over the season (50.1 total IP in 2026 to date). As with the SP profiled above, this is a great matchup against a squad that is having difficulties finding the win column in games away from their home park.

Stephen Kolek, Kansas City Royals @ Cincinnati Reds

The third-year right-hander was masterful, twirling a four hit shutout against the visiting Mariner lineup, his second consecutive QS and victory. He brings a superior set of ratios in this contest: 2.77 ERA, 0.85 WHIP over his limited 26.0 IP since joining the Royal rotation in early May. He does have to head to The Great American Ballpark for his next time atop the bump, and his road results are not as wonderful as when he is pitching at home, and his peripheral metrics do hint at some future negative regression: .187 BABI{, 4.19 FIP, 79.8% LOB, so expectations should be tempered to a certain extent.

Walbert Urena, Los Angeles Angels vs. Colorado Rockies

The main concern about the rookie is his propensity to hand out free passes to opposing hitters, with a 5.2 BB/9 rate accumulated over his 38.1 I IP this season to date. He is striking out a fair number of hitters as demonstrated by his 8.5 K/9 rate on the year. In this game, he gets to face an opponent that struggles mightily on the road and that also exhibits extreme free swinging tendencies.

Walker Buehler, San Diego Padres @ Philadelphia Phillies

While the veteran’s season ratios are nothing to crow about (5.05 ERA, 1.40 WHIP over 46.1 IP), he has been much improved relatively during his last three times toeing the rubber: 3.94 ERA, 1.19 WHIP. He also did not allow any batted ball to leave the park in his most recent start. He has won two of his last four appearances on the mound, and his team has a great road record over the season.

Patrick Corbin, Toronto Blue Jays @ Atlanta Braves

The veteran southpaw tossed a season-high 6.0 IP against the visiting Pirate squad, and also recorded a season-high in Ks with seven. He also was credited with his second win of the year, and now carries a respectable 3.86 ERA into a difficult matchup at Truist Park when he takes on the Braves. Note that he has been more successful on the road this season. Note: He tossed 5.0 IP of one run ball in Baltimore in his most recent start.

Coleman Crow, Milwaukee Braves vs. San Francisco Giants

The rookie has a limited track record at the big league level, consisting of just 10.1 IP where he has allowed just three earned runs for a 2.61 ERA and 0.77 WHIP. He has a home start here, against a team that struggles to find victories away from Oracle Park. With the limited sample size, this is a less secure streaming option but the venue and opponent provide positive potential.

Andre Pallante, St. Louis Cardinals vs. Texas Rangers

The right-hander’s six-inning effort against the host Reds where he allowed just a single earned run (as the result of a home run) resulting in his claiming his second consecutive QS, and third overall this season. He is a below-average K producer, who needs some better control to improve his results while on the hill, but could also use some more consistency missing opponents’ bats.

Thursday, June 4, 2026

Slade Cecconi, Cleveland Guardians @ New York Yankees

The fourth-year right-hander still carries an ugly set of ratios into a contest in Yankee Stadium: 5.18 ERA, 1.48 WHIP, but over his last four appearances on the hill, he has allowed just seven earned runs over 21.2 IP for a much more attractive 2.91 ERA. He is a below-average K producer but has corralled his unsettling tendency to allow the ball to disappear over the wall, having allowed just a single dinger over his last four starts.

Luis Severino, Athletics @ Chicago Cubs

In five of his last six times toeing the rubber, he has allowed two or fewer earned runs, and gathered a superior 2.92 ERA and 1.27 WHIP over the course of those 37.0 IP. He also has a 37:11 K/BB ratio over that stretch, notching a strikeout per frame during those contests. His home/road splits suggest that this road contest would be a fine time to stream him into your rotation for this game, and perhaps more than just one game if he continues to excel on the hill.

J.T. Ginn, Athletics @ Houston Astros

The 27-year-old righty had been on a nice three game stretch, rolling up some excellent ratios over his 22.0 IP: 1.23 ERA, 0.82 WHIP with a 21:3 K/BB. Then came a 2.1 IP effort in San Diego, where he walked six Padre hitters and was tagged for two earned runs (no hits allowed, however). His efforts on the road have been significantly more effective this season, so heading to Houston carries the possibility he can resume his mound success.

Peter Lambert, Houston Astros vs. Athletics

As with the pitcher profiled immediately above, the fifth-year right-hander has been effective over the majority of his last half dozen times on the mound, allowing more than three runs only once during those 35.1 IP, and racking up a respectable 3.31 ERA and stellar 1.10 WHIP. He needs to improve his control to be more effective on the hill, although he does have a capacity for keeping the ball in the yard (0.4 HR/9) and his peripheral metrics suggest his success is no fluke.

Anthony Kay, Chicago White Sox @ Philadelphia Phillies

The 31-year-old southpaw has gone 3-0 and also posted a couple of QS over his last five trips to the hill. The ratios over that stretch were admirable, too: 1.98 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. His strikeouts have picked up a notch over the current set of contests, as well, although are still just average at best. To be open and honest, neither the SP or his team has been great on the road, but neither are the Phillies world-beaters in their home park, so not a stretch to stream him here.

Martin Perez, Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies

The veteran southpaw carries a stellar 2.70 ERA and 1.03 WHIP into Week 11. He has been nearly untouchable at home this season, so this matchup is favorable, to say the least. He is a below-average strikeout option with his 7.7 K/9 rate, and his peripheral metrics indicate his performance may be due for some negative regression; .228 BABIP, 3.84 FIP (not exactly terrible), 83.7% LOB.

Christian Scott, New York Mets @ San Diego Padres

The 26-year-old right-hander came within an out of tossing a QS, which would have been the fourth such achievement of his short MLB career, by holding the host Marlins scoreless on four hits over 5.2 IP. His home/road splits suggest that a road contest at Petco is not any reason not to stream the Met hurler in this game.

Adrian Houser, San Francisco Giants @ Chicago Cubs

The veteran righty has been much more comfortable plying his trade from the mound in opponents’ parks this season, so a game at Wrigley Field plays to his strengths this season, a turn of events from recent seasons. He is not much to rely upon if you need Ks, but his ratios over his last five games have been presentable for fantasy purposes: 3.33 ERA, 1.19 WHIP over those 27.0 IP.

Brandon Young, Baltimore Orioles @ Toronto Blue Jays

The second-year right-hander picked up his second QS of the season in his recent no-decision against the visiting Detroit ballclub, holding the Tigers to two runs (none earned) over 2 IP. He is a below-average strikeout producing SP, who also lacks control overall, but does pitch better away from his home park, and thus has some streaming potential here.

Kyle Leahy, St. Louis Cardinals vs. Cincinnati Reds

The 28-year-old righty had been experiencing a great May, allowing just two earned tallies in three outings consisting of 16.1 IP, compiling a stellar 1.10 ERA, until he took the mound in Cincy. Even then, he was cruising until the fifth inning arrived, where he was touched for a pair of dingers and five earned runs. He gets to pitch at home in this contest, where he has been more successful this season, although his inflated WHIP, mainly due to his tendency to allow better than a hit per inning pitched, is a concern as far as ratio production goes. The Rangers on the road are a good matchup, especially with their low run total on the year.

Saturday, June 6, 2026

Luis Castillo, Seattle Mariners @ Detroit Tigers

The Mariners have been and will be using Castillo with Bryce Miller in a piggyback arrangement. He did well leading off the game against the host Athletics, and will be pitching in a similar role (although this time he will be the second arm used, not the opening act) this coming Sunday at home against the Diamondbacks. Presumably, if he does well in that outing, he will start the game in Detoit. This is a good, potentially great matchup given the way the Tigers have been playing recently.

Sean Burke, Chicago White Sox @ Philadelphia Phillies

The 26-year-old has collected four QS over his nine starts this season. He has been relying on his good control (2.4 BB/9) and just average ability to miss opponents’ bats, as demonstrated by his 8.1 K/9 rate through his 60.0 IP in 2026 to date. Unlike his teammate Anthony Kay above, he pitches much better on the road this season, so given the Phillies’ home struggles, this is the better streaming option among the two Pale Hose hurlers profiled here this week.

Andrew Painter, Philadelphia Phillies vs. Chicago White Sox

The rookie is working on a two-game QS streak, where he has allowed just two earned runs in each start. His peripheral metrics indicate that this current run of successful hurling could be the start of a stretch of similar positive fantasy production…and real MLB success, too. He does get to face off against the SP profiled immediately above, and this is an instance where both starters could be useful for your streaming purposes
