Everyone loves rookies. So Ray Flowers thought he would break down the rookies that have appeared to this point of the 2015 season. Enjoy, and let the disagrements begin.

HITTERSPositionComment
Byron BuxtonOFElite speed/defense. Needs health/consistency. Could be McCutchen like eventually.
Kris Bryant3BAs advertised. Great overall game, massive power to all fields. First rd. talent.
Carlos CorreaSSNothing he can't do. Only question - how long until he reaches elite production?
Jorge SolerOFStrikeouts continue to be a concern, but all-star talent.
Francisco LindorSSGreat glove. Offensive game similar to Daniel Murphy w/ a little more speed.
Joey Gallo3BImmense power. Massive K totals. Chris Carter/Chris Davis type.
Blake SwihartCThink A.J. Piersynski in his prime with the bat. Offense will improve.
Maikel Franco3BGreat athleticism but still learning game. Higher ceiling than next man on list.
Jake Lamb3BSolid, but will never be elite. Fringe 3B type in mixed leagues.
Yasmany Tomas3B/OFThe power should show itself. Think somwhere between Sandoval/Seager.
Addison Russell2BSprays liners everywhere, impressive power. Elite middle infield bat.
Rusney CastilloOFHas talent to be more, but floor should at least be Desmond Jennings.
Christian BethancourtCTotal failure in first go round. May never be more than bottom level C2 in mixed.
James McCannCNice offensive game, albeit with less than ideal pop.
Micah Johnson2BFailed in first go round but has speed to be a fantasy force.

Carlos RodonSPAn SP1 if he can get the walks under control.
Noah SyndergaardSPStrikeouts & grounders. Can be a fantsay ace when developed.
Archie BradleySPA notch below the first two but a top-20 fantasy SP if things go as planned.
Daniel NorrisSPNorris has the athleticism and stuff to at least become an SP3.
Aaron SanchezSPGreat stuff but errattic. Just like Norris, should at least be an SP3.
Lance McCullersSPQuestions about his offspeed stuff and if he'll stick in rotation long-term, but big arm.
Mike FoltynewiczSPAn SP4/5 but questions about consistency and ability to get lefties out.
Eduardo RodriguezSPSolid 3/4 SP type. Not as good as he's looked his first month.
