NFL Injury Report 2026 - Fantasy Football Divisional Round: George Kittle, Matthew Stafford
UPDATED 1/16
The Wild Card round is over, and the divisional round is upon us. While most players avoided injury, that isn’t to say that there aren’t some we need to keep our eyes on for playoff fantasy football. With just 3 more weeks of football, each game is magnified that much more.
Let’s dive in.

NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Quarterbacks
Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
1/16 UPDATE
Darnold was added to the injury report this week with an oblique injury. That said, he is still expected to play, but this is tough news for the Seahawks as they look to advance to the conference championship round.
Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Stafford is dealing with a finger sprain on his throwing hand, but he will be good-to-go against the Chicago Bears in the divisional round. That said, factoring in potential grip issues with the expected single-digit weather in Chicago, we may see more struggles than we’re used to.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Running Backs
J.K. Dobbins, Denver Broncos
1/16 UPDATE
Dobbins, who has been on the IR with a foot injury since early November, was spotted working off to the side during practice this week. While he’s not quite ready to return, this could signify his ability to return should Denver continue to advance in the playoffs.
NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Wide Receivers
Ricky Pearsall, San Francisco 49ers
1/16 UPDATE
Pearsall will be listed as questionable for the team's divisional round game against Seattle. His status will likely not be determined until game time.
Pearsall is once again dealing with the PCL injury that has hampered him multiple times this year. It’s currently unclear if he’ll return to play this season.Â
Gabe Davis, Buffalo Bills
Davis had rejoined the Bills and had been earning some work, but suffered a torn ACL in the Wild Card Round and will be out for the remainder of the playoffs.
Curtis Samuel, Buffalo Bills
1/16 UPDATE
Samuel practiced in full on Friday, opening up the door for his return to play this weekend. His addition would help lighten the impact of Gabe Davis’ season-ending injury.
Nico Collins, Houston Texans
1/16 UPDATE
Collins exited the Wild Card round with a concussion and, as of Thursday, has not returned to practice. At this stage, I don’t expect Collins to clear concussion protocol in time, leaving Houston without their WR1 for their matchup against the Patriots.

NFL Divisional Round Injury Report: Tight Ends
George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
Kittle suffered a torn Achilles tendon, unfortunately ending his season. The 49ers will turn to Jake Tonges as the starter for the rest of the playoffs.
Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
1/16 UPDATE
Kincaid was limited in practice all week, but enters the weekend with no injury designation. He will be good to go this weekend.
Kincaid was spotted in a walking boot after their win over the Jaguars. Coach Sean McDermott has stated that this was precautionary, but it’s important to keep this in mind given the oft-injured season Kincaid has had.Â
