Gary Barnridge had a huge game in Week 3 with six grabs, 105 yards and a score. Still, blame poor defensive work by the Raiders for most of that and don’t expect a repeat any time soon.

Odell Beckham Jr. has played 15 games. He’s already set a record for most catches through a players first 16 games (110 receptions). If he goes for 20 yards this week he would also set the all-time record for yards through 16 games currently held by Bill Groman (1,593 in 1960-61). If he goes for 100-yards this week Beckham would tie Groman for most 100-yard games through 16 contests with nine.

Sam Bradford failed to complete any pass that was in the air for more than 20-yards. He averaged a sickly 4.2 yards per attempt. That’s embarrassing. He was only 3-for-12 for 14 yards when he was blitzed. Not all on him though as his pass catchers dropped five passes.

Tom Brady completed 24-of-25 passes “between the numbers” in Week 3. That’s a 96 percent completion percentage. Brady has also thrown 133 passes without a pick this season. Only one other man has thrown 100 without being picked off – Eli Manning (108 passes). #BoomGoesTheDynamite

Teddy Bridgewater will not get it done this season. He completed two of seven passes over 10 yards in Week 1. He’s looking more like Alex Smith with each passing week.

Jimmy Clausen completed one pass over 10 yards in Week 3. I don’t know what is worse. That, or the fact that he attempted only three passes over 10 yards.

Randall Cobb had 10 scores out of the slot last season, the most in the NFL. He’s already scored four out of the slot this season.

When Andy Dalton targeted A.J. Green on passes of at least 15-yards he went 4-for-4 with a score as Green racked up 175 yards. Dalton is tied with Ben Roethlisberger with 10 passes of at least 25-yards this season. He also lit up the blitz in Week 3 for 277 yards and three scores while completing 11 of 18 passes.

Tyler Eifert had his lowest career grade from Pro Football Focus last week at (-5.8). He dropped a pass, had a penalty, allowed Dalton to be sacked and didn’t do much to help the run game. He also had a score overturned on replay.

Mike Evans saw a massive 17 targets in Week 3. He also led all players with three drops. He’s dropped four passes last season.

Larry Fitzgerald has back-to-back 100-yards for the first time since Weeks 16-17 of 2011. He has scored five times the last two weeks including scoring multiple times each week (he scored six times his previous 21 contests). The last time he did that was Week 15-16 of 2004. Yeah, he’s washed up. #ToldYa

Leonard Hankerson leads football with… five drops. And he’s being used more than Roddy White for some reason. #DontGetIt

Carlos Hyde leads football with 16 carries on first down. He also leads football with 10 carries of at least 10 yards.

No player in football has more yards after the catch than Mark Ingram with 182. The leading wideout is Amari Cooper at 177 yards after the catch. Julio Jones is third at 176.

Julio Jones was targeted an unimaginable 20 times by Matt Ryan in Week 3 catching 12 passes for 164 yards and two scores. Jones has an NFL record 34 receptions through four games for 440 yards and four scores. If Jones catches seven passes this weekend he would surpass the four game record held by Wes Welker (40). He would need 177 receiving yards to break the record also held by Welker (616 yards). By the way, Jones is on pace for 181 receptions, 2,347 yards and 21 scores.

Colin Kaepernick threw two pick six’s in Week 3, the first time a Niners quarterback had done that since Week 5 of 1980 (Steve DeBerg). It’s clear he really is struggling throwing the ball to the right side of the field. On six attempts outside the right hash marks he threw four interceptions.

Andrew Luck had completed 7-of-17 passes for 116 yards and two interceptions through three quarters. He blew up in the fourth quarter allowing him to finish the game with 18 completions, 260 yards and two scores. His line has let him down all year, and on the nine plays where he was “officially” under pressure he completed three passes for 66 yards and a pick. He needs that pocket to stay clean. Luck also has a 7.4 QB rating on 18 passes thrown to Andre Johnson this season.

Eli Manning has a QB Rating of 153.3 on passes with four wideouts on the field. Eli was also the boss in Week 3 when not under pressure completing 18 of 24 passes for 211 yards and two scores. Marcus Mariota leads the way with a 149.7 mark with three wideout sets. With only two wide receivers on the field the leader is Carson Palmer at 158.3 percent (that’s a perfect mark).

Marcus Mariota is just the third quarterback in the Super Bowl Era to thrown for at least two scores in each of his first three career starts (Jay Cutler, Mark Rypien). Mariota was also 7-for-13 for 104 yards when he was under pressure in Week 3.

Brandon Marshall caught 10 balls for 109 yards and a score last week. That’s a fantastic fantasy day. Alas, he also dropped two passes and two other passes thrown his way by Ryan Fitzpatrick were picked off.

LeSean McCoy has been stuffed 13 times, more than any runner in football. The only other fella in doubles digits is Marshawn Lynch (10).

Cam Newton completed 13-of-15 passes for 240 yards and two scores on passes that traveled less than 20-yards in the air in Week 3.

Jordan Reed has six grabs in three straight games. He could easily have had eight catches and two scores in Week 3 if Kirk Cousins had made two passes he was terribly off on.

Philip Rivers completed only three of nine passes that were thrown over 10-yards in Week 3.

Aaron Rodgers has had a ton of success trusting his pass catchers. He has thrown for seven scores this season on passes of five yards or less in the air. He’s also thrown 580 passes at home without an interception while tossing 48 scores. Astounding.

Three receivers have at least five receptions of 25 yards: Antonio Brown, Rob Gronkowski and Allen Robinson.

Three receivers have at least 40 targets: Julio Jones (46), Julian Edelman (42) and Steve Smith Sr. (40).

Three runners have two touchdowns in the fourth quarter: LeGarrette Blount, Jamaal Charles and Devonta Freeman.

Two quarterbacks have thrown a touchdown on 10 percent of their passes this season: Aaron Rodgers (11.0 percent) and Carson Palmer (10.2 percent).

Two wideouts have had 16 passes thrown their direction that were not caught: DeAndre Hopkins and Allen Robinson.

Here is what you need to know about Brandon Weeden. He completed two passed all game in Week 3 that were in the air for 10 or more yards. #DumpOffCity

Karlos Williams is the first rookie to run for a score in his first three games since Robert Edwards of the Patriots pulled off the trick in 1998. Williams also gained 3.8 yards after contact on his 12 carries in Week 3.

RUNNING BACK SNAPS

Jamaal Charles leads all runners with 169 snaps through three games. Matt Forte (158) and Dion Lewis (154) are the only other two over 150.

Jeremy Hill has appeared on 39 percent of the Bengals snaps this season.

Darren Sproles has been on the field for 35 percent of the Eagles snaps this season.

Ronnie Hillman has appeared on 33 percent of the Broncos snaps this season.

Matt Jones has been on the field for 29.5 percent of the Redskins snaps this season.

David Johnson has appeared on 23 percent of the Cardinals snaps this season.
