Worlds continues on Thursday with Unicorns of Love against Cloud9, and Infinity Esports against LNG Esports respectively. Both wildcard teams are likely to get crushed by the undefeated major region powerhouses. DFM face off against Beyond whereas RED Canids will try to take down PEACE to secure better seeding out of groups.

PrizePicks Prop Selections:

LNG Esports v Infinity Esports

Tarzan (LNG) - Projected Kills: 3.5 - OVER

Tarzan could very well be the best jungler in all of the worlds, although his style may not necessarily show it: he’s not the player to recklessly get a million kills off of flipping gank after gank (shoutout MLXG). Instead, Tarzan is surgical and calculated, he has a small gank frequency with a very high rate of success; he’s cunningly efficient which makes him threatening to play against. It’s this ability to accurately punish mistakes that leads me to believe that LNG will make short work of INF just as they’ve done to the other teams in their group, and rack up an easy 4+ kills in their match.

Cloud9 v Unicorns of Love

Fudge (C9) - Projected Kills: 3.5 - OVER

Fudge is consistently the “performer” on Cloud9 despite not having a large legacy behind him: he is a strong threat in the top lane and gets to face off against a weak top lane opponent in BOSS, who has been having a poor worlds performance this far on the 0-3 Unicorns of Love. Top lane is hard to pick up a lot of kills with, but Fudge tends to be active alongside Blaber in the top side throughout the early game, and it’s this aggression that I think will allow him to grab the kills he needs.

LNG Esports v Infinity Esports

Buggax (INF) - Projected Kills: 1.5 - UNDER

Buggax is going to die a million times against Ale, by far the best top laner in play-ins, whereas Buggax is debatably the worst alongside BOSS. Buggax has been at several international events so far, and is consistently the weak point on his squad. The talent in LLA is pretty scarce, and Buggax making it to worlds is a relative miracle over top laners even like Ruin; a top laner notable for being not notable even in a weak region like NA, although being strong in the LLA.
