Probably more than any other league, there were major roster shifts in the LEC. The largest shifts in rosters are for Fnatic, Team Vitality, and SK Gaming. Teams like G2 and Rogue want to make a loud impression after missing the MSI tournament, while MAD want to stay on top. There are some explosive games on this slate and some real opportunities for players to make a huge splash. Let’s dive in!

Fantasy Value Breakdown
Captain
Favorite: Hans sama (RGE: $12,000) I think this is about as safe of a captain pick as possible (ok, maybe Larssen). While Rogue has struggled in the past with the top tier teams, they are excellent against lower tier teams. Hans sama led the league in kills in Spring (103) and a KDA of 6+, he should have an easy day against the under performing Patrik and XL.This pick may seem close in the early game but Rogue should pull away in the late game.
Value Pick: SelfMade (VIT: $10,200)
Top Lane
Favorite: Whiteknight (AST: $6,400) In terms of top laners, Whiteknight was top three in terms of kills (50) and fifth (92) in assists. Astralis was 3-0 in the last week of matches and looking formidable to close out the Spring split. I think there is some real danger in this team lineup and an opening game against SK Gaming all but changed the team name over the MSI break could be a perfect way to start out. Look for WhiteKnight to continue to be a volatile and aggressive top laner and embrace the risk in this pick for his upside here.
Value Pick: Armut (MAD $5,800)
Jungle
Favorite: Inspired (RGE: 7,400) A lot like the Hans sama pick, this is all about the mismatch between Rogue and XL. The XL jungler (Dan) was in a cluster of about 3 junglers in the LEC who were far behind the pack in terms of performance. He had less than 35 kills and only one of two junglers to have less than 100 assists in the role (90). XL ended the Spring split 2-8 in their last 10 games while Rogue beat G2 in the Spring playoffs and took MAD Lions the full 5 games in the Spring Finals. This is a tempting captain pick to be honest.
Value Pick: Razork (MSF: $6,000)
Mid Lane
Favorite: Caps (G2: $7,200) Hell hath no fury like G2 scorned, and G2 did not end Spring like they expected to. They really struggled early on in the Spring split and near the end of the split, they looked more in form. When the playoffs came around, they completely fell slat and it was really the first time that players like Rekkles and Caps felt the burn of not being seen in the top of the LEC. I think Caps takes this opportunity to remind everyone who is the king of the European mid lane.He had 24 more kills than MAD’s mid laner in Spring (74 to 50) and was almost 3 points higher in KDA (6.0 to 3.1). The G2 revenge tour could very well begin on Friday and you might as well capitalize on the cheap prices now.
Value Pick: Vetheo (MSF: $6,400)
ADC
Favorite: Upset (FNC: $7,600) If Fnatic win any games in Summer Split, it will come through their bottom lane. I think their mid laner is a weaker version of Humanoid, their top laner (who had really questionable early to mid game decision making skills is now their jungler (that is a terrible trait for this role), and they are bringing up fresh meat in the top lane. With this emphasis on Upset, I think there could be big upside to this pick. Upset is a top 4 player in the LEC and Misfits were one of the most inconsistent teams in Spring meaning Upset could have a really good day in the office.
Value Pick: Crownshot (VIT: $7,000)
Support
Favorite: Trymbi (RGE: $6,400) I would be leading you astray if I didn’t sell you on the stack of Hans sama and Trymbi. Most LEC bot lanes probably had cold sweats thinking about this duo and how much it probably felt impossible to crack through their defenses. Trymbi had the second most assists among LEC supports (174) and third least deaths (56) which not only means he is racking up serious points, but you aren’t losing points along the way. His lane opponent (Tore) had a 1.9 KDA and was part of one of the lowest performing bot lanes in the league. Love the Trymbi/Hans sama duo pick up.
Value Pick: Kaiser (MAD: $5,200)
Team
Favorite: Team Vitality ($5,600) This team has gone through one of the biggest mid-season overhauls that I can remember in League of Legends history. This overhaul included picking up superstar jungler Selfmade from Fnatic. I could see this being a top 5 team by the end of the split and making some noise in the playoffs so jump on these early points, especially as they play a dismantled S04 team who lost their mid laner to the LCS this past off season.
Value Pick: MAD Lions ($4,800)
