(+140) Team Dignitas v 100 Thieves (-180)

(-185) Evil Geniuses v Flyquest (+145)

(-155) Cloud9 v Team Liquid (+120)

(-600) Team Solomid v Golden Guardians (+375)

(-125) Counter Logic Gaming v Immortals (-105)

This weekend has been a great example of what parody in the LCS can bring in terms of excitement. We have seen teams like Cloud9, who weeks ago took games off of DWG Kia and Royal Never Give Up, cannot seem to close out a game to save their lives. We have seen Immortals look to be in a possible new form and TSM take their $210 million dollar check from FTX and cash it in the wins bank with two decisive wins against TL and Evil Geniuses. The conclusion of the weekend will help NA get a grip on where teams are actually trending.

Fantasy Value Breakdown

Captain

Favorite: PowerOfEvil (TSM: $11,700): POE is one of the staple mid laners in the LCS and has been for years. In his taking the mantle of TSM mid laners from Bjergsen, he has risen to the occasion. In his two games this split, he has 8 kills and 16 assists. While he is more of a control mage player (picks like Orianna and Syndra) but he also has the ability to play flashier champions Viego. I love TSM into Golden Guardians tomorrow and POE should have a good showing.

Value Pick: Raes (IMT: $10,500)

Top Lane

Favorite: Revenge (IMT: $6,400): People are sleeping on Revenge which is somewhat surprising after two days of games now. He has the most kills amongst top laners (7) and a KDA of 8.7 which is highest for top laners. Finn has struggled to get any advantage thus far and it is pretty clear that there is a reason why Rogue let him walk at the end of the 2020 season. I think Immortals have found clever ways to get him in positions to win his lane and Team Liquid showed on Saturday that Finn can be overly exploited by throwing multiple person ganks on him and he will die over and over again.

Value Pick: FakeGod (DIG: $5,600)

Jungle

Favorite: Svenskeren (EG: $7,000) I am so torn on Sven. He is one of my favorite players that have played in the LCS. He has had a roller coaster of a career from making a name of himself in Europe with Ninjas in Pyjamas and SK Gaming to splashing into NA landing with TSM and moving to Cloud9. Now with EG he has really stabilized a team who has struggled to figure out their lineup. While they have dropped two games this weekend, I think the ship rights itself here against FQ. FQ’s jungler (Josedeodo) has had serious struggles thus far and Sven is the makr of consistency. I think he will pull in more assists than kills, but his fairly consistent 3.0 KDA over his career should make up some points for you.

Value Pick: Dardoch (DIG: $6,200)

Mid Lane

Favorite: Jizuke (EG: $7,600) The upside for having Jizuke in your lineup can be so rewarding in terms of points. While he has started slowly this split, there is no doubt Jizuke has some of the highest upside in the role in all of the LCS. Arguably Palafox has had a better start to Summer but the majority of his 7 kills and 7 assists came from one game against CLG (the bottom team in the LCS). I think we will see things normalize a bit here with Jozuke putting up big numbers on an aggressive champion pick.

Value Pick: Insanity (IMT: $6,800)

ADC

Favorite: FBI (100T: $7,600) I am still 100% on the FBI fanboy bus so I want to make that clear from the get go here. I think FBI has some of the best positional play in the entire world when it comes to his ability to skirt around the outside of a teamfight and pull in massive amounts of damage and rack up serious kills. I like his pacing in the laning phase and I have real faith in him and huhi against Neo and Aphromoo in this one. This game will be a bloodbath so whichever side you choose, you should rack up some decent points.

Value Pick: Tactical (TL: $6,600)

Support

Favorite:Destiny (IMT: $5,000) I thought I was shocked writing about Revenge for the Saturday slate, I am more shocked to be writing about Destiny for Sunday. Destiny has really shown some growth over the break. His engages seem more seamless with not only his lane partner Raes but his jungler Xerxe. He has the most assists thus far in summer (29) and Immortals are playing arguably the most struggling team in the league in CLG. I think Bovada has the line set right with the odds being close between the two teams when you look at lineups on paper. In how the two teams have actually played out the matches though it appears that Immortals are just performing at a higher rate right now.

Value Pick: Aphromoo (DIG: $4,800)

Team

Favorite: Team Solomid ($5,800) This is the highest performing team at the moment, and it isn’t really all that close. They have played two of the top teams in Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses thus far and handled both. They have a strong team identity and Spica is great at securing objectives which means maximum points in your lineup. Team Solomid should have an easier time with Golden Guardians who lost convincingly on Saturday and won a game they had no right to win on Friday.

Value Pick: Team Liquid ($4,400)
