PrizePicks Prop Selections:
Damwon KIA v Pentanet GG
Khan (DWG) - Projected Fantasy Score: 12.5 - OVER
*Now that OCE representative PGG have been eliminated from the tournament, I strongly believe that the Australians will throw caution into the wind and play as aggressively as possible in their last two games, with nothing to care about. Khan, relative to other top laners, already is more “involved” with his team, and that increased aggression will allow Damwon to play to their biggest strength: their rock solid defense. I think PGG will basically throw themselves at Damwon, and players like Khan will reap the benefits.
Damwon KIA v Pentanet GG
Biopanther (PGG) - Projected Fantasy Score: 4.5 - UNDER
*Unfortunately, I really don’t think it’ll work. Biopanther has been the worst top laner in the rumble stage by a massive margin, and I’d be surprised if PGG manage to pick up 5 kills against DK on Tuesday, muchless Biopanther being involved in 5 kills total. Sorry Australia, don’t let the door hit you on the way out; unfortunately, that seems impossible, since DK are likely to slam it in your face at this rate.
PSG Talon v Cloud9
Fudge (C9) - Projected Fantasy Score: 8.5 - UNDER
*I love a good miracle run, but unfortunately for Cloud9, unlike a team like RNG and DK, PSG are more robotic in the sense that they don’t randomly get blue shelled by teams (especially by a certain Australian team). Fudge, not joking at all, has had a respectable tournament and has played well against greats like Xiaohu and Khan, unfortunately, that doesn’t mean much when his bottom lane is as bad as it is, particularly Zven. I don’t see Cloud9 getting out, and I don’t think Cloud9 have a good shot against PSG.
